LINE BITMAX Wallet
LINE BITMAX Wallet is a wallet service that lets you manage your digital assets. See this Help article for details.

LINE BITMAX lets you buy, sell, and transfer crypto assets from the LINE app. For more information, see this Help article.
You can only log in to your account from one device or browser at a time.
If you log in to the same account from a different device or browser, you'll need to verify your passcode. After logging in, you'll be logged out from any other device or browser you were using.
You can check your LINK rewards from the LINE BITMAX Wallet main menu by going to Tokens > Exchangeable LINK.
For questions related to the issuing of LINK rewards, we ask that you contact the issuing service, the provider of the service that you received LINK rewards for, or the campaign provider.

If you forgot your passcode, try resetting it by following the steps below.
To reset your passcode:
1. Tap Forgot your passcode? on the screen to enter your passcode.
2. Tap Send to have a verification code sent to your linked LINE account via chat message.
3. Enter the verification code in the input field that appears on your browser and select Verify.
4. Set a new passcode.
The verification code input field will no longer appear if you close the passcode reset screen before entering the verification code. If you're unable to perform the steps above in the LINE app, try resetting your passcode from LINE BITMAX Wallet for web browsers.
Your account will be locked if you enter the wrong passcode five times. You can reset your passcode after verifying your identity.
To reset your passcode:
1. Tap Reset passcode.
2. Tap Send to have a verification code sent to your linked LINE account via chat message.
3. Enter the verification code that was sent in a LINE chat and set a new passcode.
