Sent crypto assets aren't appearing/I can't send crypto assets
Depending on network conditions and the status of the blockchain network, it may take some time for crypto assets sent from LINE BITMAX to appear in an external wallet. Also, it may take longer than usual for us to confirm the details of a transaction before it is reflected due to upgrading our risk management system, including compliance with the travel rule.
When the transfer amount can be confirmed in your wallet, the LINE BITMAX official account will send you a chat message on LINE.
If the crypto asset still hasn't appeared 24 hours after your Transaction ID status changed to "Success," please contact the receiving wallet service provider.
Note: If you sent Ripple (XRP) or Stellar Lumens (XLM) without entering a tag or memo, it may not show up in the wallet it was sent to. In this case, contact the receiving wallet service provider.
On LINE BITMAX, some addresses are prohibited from being used for sending or receiving crypto assets if they are determined to pose a certain amount of risk (based on blockchain analysis results and other sources).
If your sent crypto assets aren't appearing, you can't send crypto assets, or you can't check your history of sent crypto assets, the cases above may apply to your situation. If so, please contact us by sending us an email at any time via this Inquiry Form.
A verification code is the six-digit code you receive via a LINE chat message from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official account when you send crypto assets. when you send crypto assets.
Note: We ask people to enter a verification code as part of our efforts to strengthen security and ensure safe crypto asset trading.
The verification code you are issued will expire and become invalid after a certain period of time has passed. If you can no longer use your verification code, send your crypto assets again and use the new code you receive.
The verification code is only sent to the smartphone you use the LINE BITMAX service with. When you send crypto assets, please check the LINE chat message sent to your smartphone for the verification code.
Note: A notification with the verification code is not sent to LINE for PC or iPad, or via text message.

You can check your Transaction ID (for transactions with wallets other than LINE BITMAX) on the transaction details screen. This screen also shows the transaction date and time, intended recipient address, amount, transaction fee, and the amount of assets you'll have after the transaction is complete.
Note: If the transaction status is "Pending," the Transaction ID will appear after the crypto asset has been sent, so please wait a bit longer.
To view the details of a transaction:
1. From the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Accounts > the crypto asset you want to check.
2. Tap the relevant transaction to view the details screen.
Note: You can also adjust the Period from the default 3 months if necessary.

The Transaction ID status is "Success," but the crypto asset still hasn't been received

If the crypto asset still has not appeared in the wallet you sent it to 24 hours after your Transaction ID status changed to "Success," please contact the receiving wallet service provider.

Can I check if the crypto asset I sent was received?
Currently, there is no way to check in the LINE BITMAX app whether or not the person you sent a crypto asset to received it. If you want to make sure someone received the crypto asset you sent, please ask them directly.

There are no limits for sending/receiving crypto assets between LINE BITMAX accounts or receiving crypto assets from external wallets.
However, please keep in mind that you can only send up to the equivalent of JPY 1,000,000 a day to external wallets.
Note:
- You need to verify your identity using Easy verification with your smartphone to send crypto assets to an external wallet.
- The limit for the amount of crypto assets you can send is converted to Japanese yen based on the price for each crypto asset at the time we set it. - Please understand that you may unexpectedly be unable to send crypto assets due to price fluctuations and expanding spreads. - The limit is reset every day at 12 am.
