LINE GIFT

LINE GIFT is a brand-new gifting service embedded in LINE Messenger which allows users to purchase vouchers, delivery products, and send gifts to friends in LINE itself.

The Basics

Check the gift on Gift Box and click exchange voucher code to redeem the voucher at the store.

You can send gifts to all LINE users.

You cannot exchange your Gift Received to a different item.

You can buy vouchers for up to 10 friends at once, with a limit of 10 items per order. This may vary depending on the seller’s policy.

Redeemable Period

The Redeemable period depends on the voucher. Please go to My Orders or Gift Box, to see the details on each voucher page. Once you clicked exchange the gift , the voucher code will be displayed which valid for 15 minutes.

Refund request of Gift purchases on LINE GIFT may be made by the purchaser via Order Inquiries ; however, this also depends on merchant’s refund policy. For voucher orders, it is not possible to do the refund.

Account

If you delete your LINE account, all data, including your purchase history will be deleted. Deleting your LINE account also deletes your LINE Pay account, so you will not be able to get a refund for the order paid with LINE Pay wallet. Your data will not be recovered even if you re-register a new LINE account.
