My broadcast score doesn't increase toggle
Broadcast scores are determined by an internal method and depend on the popularity of your broadcast. For this reason, depending on the situation, your broadcast score may not increase.

I did not receive my bonus toggle
Bonuses are issued based on the response to your broadcast, so depending on the situation, you may not receive any. Additionally, bonuses are usually issued 1 to 2 weeks after a broadcast.

Note: Please understand that the period when bonus rewards are issued may change.

Please check whether the device you're using fulfills the recommended system requirements for the app.


Also, your video may stop or experience issues if your connection is weak when broadcasting. To ensure that you can broadcast smoothly, please be sure to stream from a place with a strong network connection.

If your network connection is unstable, please try broadcasting via a Wi-Fi connection, or follow the steps below to configure your video quality settings.

1. Tap the Broadcast button at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Standard.

Depending on your network connection, you may not have a strong signal if you’re using a mobile Wi-Fi router. If this is the case, we recommend connecting to a Wi-Fi network with a fixed router.

My broadcasts become unstable in high quality toggle
To broadcast videos in high quality, you need to be connected to a stable network. If your network connection is unstable, please try broadcasting via a Wi-Fi connection, or follow the steps below to configure your video quality settings.

1. Tap the Broadcast button at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Standard.

I see a notification that says I cannot broadcast because the number of broadcasts is full toggle
If a very large number of users are broadcasting at the same time, you may temporarily be unable to make a broadcast. In this case, please wait some time and try again.

When I tap my past broadcasts, a notification says "This broadcast has ended" toggle
This notification appears when a video is no longer available or is being processed. If a broadcast is under 15 seconds long or there is another issue, the video will not be able to be viewed.

In addition, broadcasts are processed directly after they have ended. If you are unable to view a video right after the broadcast has ended, please try again after waiting some time.

Why is there lag between me and my viewers? toggle
You may experience significant lag with your viewers if you're using a weak network connection.

If your network connection is unstable, please try broadcasting via a Wi-Fi connection, or follow the steps below to configure your video quality settings.

2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Standard.
