Video clips might be removed from LINE TV due to copyright issues, regional limitations, or other reasons. If so, you will see messages including error codes.
You can experience poor video quality, slow loading and buffering due to many factors such as issues with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the number of connected users or devices, your hardware or software, your internet connection, or problems with the video itself. Then please follow the steps below.
- Adjust video quality: LINE TV app automatically adjusts the quality of your video stream based on the speed of your internet connection. But manually lowering the video quality may help to resolve streaming issues.
- Restart the video: If you see an error message 'Retry', tap the player to force it to refresh.
- Restart your app or device
- Change your network connection: If you're unable to play videos with the 3G / 4G mobile network, try connecting to Wi-Fi.
- Check if the app is the latest OS version
