How LINE Ads accounts are organized toggle
The image below shows how your LINE Ads account is organized.


Important:
- To deliver ads, you need to create a LINE official account.
- You need to set payer info for a group or ad group.
- Changes may be made to the appearance or layout of LINE Ad Manager at any time without notification.

Creating groups toggle
Use groups to set your payer info and assemble/manage multiple ad accounts.

To create a group: 
1. From the top page, click + New group at the top left of the screen.


2. Under General information, enter a name for the group in the Group name field.
3. Fill out the fields under Payer info.
4. Click Create.
Required information for creating a group:

General information
Enter a display name of your choice. This name will only be shown on management screens and won't be displayed in any ads.

Payer info
Select Set payer info for the group to use the same payer info across all the group's ad accounts. If you want to set the payer info for each ad account separately, select the other option.

Client entity
Select a region in which LINE is available.
Note:
- Up to 100 groups can be created per user.
- Groups linked with approved ad accounts cannot be deleted.

Registering a credit card toggle
To use LINE Ads, you need to register a credit card.
Note: For information on the credit card brands you can register, see this Help article.

To register a credit card:
1. From the top page, click the Groups or Ad accounts tab > the name of the group or ad account that you want to register a credit card for.
2. Click the menu icon at the top left of the Ad manager screen > Billing and payments under Settings.

3. Click the payer name you want to register a credit card for.
Note:
- If you haven't added any payer info, you need to do so before registering a credit card.
- For information on creating payer info, see this Help article.

4. In the middle of the screen, click + Add card.

5. Enter the card number, expiration date, and security code.

You can register multiple credit cards and set the priority for using them. For information on setting credit card priority, see this Help article.

Logging in to LINE Ad Manager toggle
To log in to LINE Ad Manager: 
1. Access this link.
2. Select Log in with business account.
3. Enter your registered email address and password.
4. Click Log in.

Changing your login password toggle
To change your login password:
1. Click the user name at the top right of the screen > Profile.

2. Click  next to Password.

3. Enter your new password and your current password, then click Update.

 

If you forget your password, access this link and enter your registered email address. We'll send a password reset URL to your email address, along with instructions for how to set a new password.

Adding users and managing permissions toggle
When you add users on LINE Ads, you give them a role and grant them permissions.

There are three roles: admin, operator, and analyst. The role a user is given determines which settings they can change. You can set and manage permissions for each group or ad account.

To add users and manage permissions:
1. From the top page, click the Groups or Ad accounts tab > the name of the group or ad account you want to add a user to.
2. Click the menu icon at the top left of the Ad manager screen.
3. Click Manage permissions under Settings.

4. Click + Add user.

5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add, select a role for them, then click Send invitation email.

 

6. Have the person you added check their email and accept your invitation to complete the process.

 

You can edit or delete permissions from step 3 above on the Manage permissions screen. Just click Edit or Delete under Action for the relevant user.
