When will I receive my card? toggle
Important: New LINE Pay cards are no longer being issued.

After you've applied for a LINE Pay card, you'll receive a chat notification from the LINEウォレット (LINE Wallet) official account when your card is ready to be mailed out.
Note: It can take a few days to prepare your card. 

When your card is ready, it will be sent via surface mail and should arrive in approximately one to two weeks.

I haven't received my LINE Pay card toggle
When your LINE Pay card is ready to be mailed out, you’ll receive a chat notification from the LINEウォレット (LINE Wallet) official account. You'll then receive your card by surface mail in approximately one to two weeks.
Note: It may take a bit longer depending on your area of residence.

If your card hasn't arrived after two weeks, check your registered address by going to the LINE Pay main menu > Settings > My info. If your address was not entered correctly, delete the LINE Pay card and apply for a new one using your correct address.

My LINE Pay card (JCB brand) was stolen/lost/damaged toggle
If your card was stolen, lost, or damaged, please deactivate it by following the steps below.

1. From the LINE Pay main menu, tap Prepaid card > your LINE Pay card and turn OFF Use card.
2. Tap OK on the Deactivate your card? pop-up.

You can delete your card after deactivating it. If you still have the physical card, make sure to securely dispose of it by cutting it up with scissors. For the steps to delete your LINE Pay card, see this Help article.

Deleting your LINE Pay card (JCB brand) toggle
If you want to delete your LINE Pay card (JCB brand), go to the LINE Pay main menu and tap Prepaid card > your LINE Pay card > Delete card.
Note: Deleting your LINE Pay card does not delete your LINE Pay balance.

My LINE Pay card (JCB brand) has expired toggle
If your LINE Pay card (JCB brand) expires, it cannot be renewed, automatically or otherwise. Make sure to securely dispose of your expired card by cutting it up with scissors.

New LINE Pay cards are no longer being issued, but you can continue to use your LINE Pay balance with other payment methods.

If you want to continue using a card with LINE Pay, we are now offering the following card types.


If you were using your LINE Pay card (JCB brand) to make any of the payments listed below, make sure to update your payment method with the merchant as soon as possible. Otherwise, your payment will not be completed and you may no longer be able to use the relevant service or make your purchase.

• Paid monthly services, annual membership fees, etc.
• Reserved items that haven't been shipped
• Ticket purchases
• Online or other purchases for which you've pre-registered your card as the payment method

If your card was registered to Google Pay (QUICPay+), you won't be able to continue using it. Follow the steps in this Help article and delete it.
