LINE Points

About Points toggle
You earn Points when you use LINE Pay.

One Point is equal to JPY 1. Points can be used for making online payments, or together with payments made using My Code, Scan, Scan Bill, your LINE Pay card (only with JCB merchants in Japan), and Google Pay.

Earning LINE Points toggle
You earn Points when you make payments with a Visa LINE Pay credit card.
Note:
- Points are not issued for LINE Pay card payments.
- The My Level program ended at 9:59 am on May 1, 2020.

You cannot use a Visa LINE Pay credit card to pay for the LINE services listed below.

• LINE Securities
• LINE Pocket Money
• BITMAX
• LINE Smart Invest

Using your Points toggle
The Points that you've earned can be used together with the following payment types.
Note:
- One Point is equal to JPY 1.
- If you have Points, they will be used before your LINE Pay balance when making payments.
- Points can no longer be converted to your LINE Pay balance as of December 31, 2019.

Payments made with My Code
From the My Code screen, tap the check mark next to the number of Points.

Online payments, Scan payments, and some Scan Bill payments
On the payment screen, enter the number of Points to use in the Pay with Points field or select to use all of your available Points.

LINE Pay card and Google Pay payments
From the LINE Pay main menu, tap LINE Pay Card and turn ON Use LINE Points.
Note: Points can only be used at JCB merchants in Japan.

I didn't get Points for using my LINE Pay card toggle
Payments made after 10 am on May 1, 2020
As of 9:59 am on May 1, 2020, the My Level program will be discontinued. For this reason, Points will no longer be issued for LINE Pay card payments made after 10 am on May 1, 2020.

Payments made up to 9:59 am on May 1, 2020
Points are issued for transactions the day after the "Transaction complete" date. However, with some merchants it can take a few days or up to two months to complete a transaction.
Note:
- Once a transaction has been completed, you can check the "Transaction complete" date by going to the LINE Pay main menu > History.
- The time it takes for the "Transaction complete" date to appear depends on the store or service.
- To see how many Points you're scheduled to receive, check the chat message sent by the LINE Wallet (LINEウォレット) official account.

Points are not issued for payments made to certain stores/companies, including:
• West Japan Railway Company
• d Shopping consumer electronics
• Joshin web consumer electronics via au Wowma!
• Premium Bandai

You can check your Points by going to the LINE main menu > Wallet > LINE POINT CLUB.

Do LINE Points expire? toggle
LINE Points will expire 180 days from the day you last received points.

Viewing your Points history toggle
You can check your Points by going to the LINE main menu > Wallet > LINE POINT CLUB.
Note: Depending on the transaction, it may take some time to receive Points.
