Account Page

What kind of feature is the account page? toggle
The account page gives you a homepage in LINE. Display information about the location of your store or facility, and your services and products, in a design optimized for smartphones. The same page will also be visible on the internet, allowing you to capture new users from search engines.

How can I edit the account page? toggle
You can edit the information that appears on the account page from the LINE@ MANAGER or LINE@ app.

To edit the account page, please refer to the following steps.

LINE@ app:
1. From the Manage tab, tap Account Page Cover Design.
2. From the Cover Image tab, upload an image.
3. From the Button tab, select a color and tap Save.
4. Tap Plug-in Settings and select the content you want to display. Please note to you can only hide content from the Recommended Account and Advertisements plug-ins if you are using a paid plan.
5. From Selected Plug-ins, tap the content you wish to edit and enter the required information.

LINE@ MANAGER (PC version of LINE@)
1. From the menu on the left, click Account Page Cover Design.
2. Upload an image from the Logo and Cover Image tabs.
3. Click Plug-in Settings and select the content you want to display. Please note to you can only hide content from the Recommended Account and Advertisements plug-ins if you are using a paid plan.
4. From the menu on the left, click the content you wish to edit and enter the required information.

The location on the map on my account page is wrong. How can I change it? toggle
You can change the location using the following steps on the PC Account Manager.

1. Go to Account Page > Basic Account Settings.
2. Enter the correct address in the Address field and click Set Location Using Address in the Map field.
3. If the pin on the map differs from the actual location, drag it to the correct location.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

What are the coupons that appear on the account page? toggle
If the Display Settings for a coupon is set to Display, up to three coupons that are close to expiry will appear.

For coupons you do not want to display on the account page, change their setting to Hide.
