Do you offer support for group or multi-person chats? toggle
Group chats and multi-person chats are not supported because they may be used to send spam messages to LINE users or to use the service for illegitimate purposes. For the same reasons, even in 1-on-1 chats, LINE users must send a message to the LINE@ account first in order to start a conversation.

Auto reply message toggle
You can preset messages and have a random one be sent as an auto reply when users message your LINE@ account.

You can set up to two hundred auto reply messages and use them to direct users to your website or use your ingenuity to artificially communicate with them.

Note:
- Your account will not be able to send auto reply messages if 1-on-1 chat mode is turned ON.
- If 1-on-1 chat mode is turned OFF, Keyword Reply Messages will take priority when a user’s message matches your preset keywords exactly.

Keyword reply message toggle
Use keyword reply messages to automatically respond to users when they send messages that exactly match the keywords you preset on LINE@ Account manager.

In addition to text, you can send images, stickers, research pages (e.g. polls & surveys), and more. Send up to five messages at once.

These messages can be used alongside standard auto reply messages. If a user sends a message that exactly matches the keyword you preset, keyword reply messages will be prioritized when a response is sent.
Note: Keyword reply messages will be disabled when 1-on-1 chat mode is turned ON.

Why isn't my account auto replying to messages? toggle

When you have 1-on-1 Chat Mode turned ON, both Keyword Reply messages and the Auto Reply feature will be automatically turned OFF.

If you have 1-on-1 Chat Mode turned OFF, preset messages will only be sent when messages from users contain exact keywords set in your list.

If a message from a user does not contain any words that match any keywords on your list, or if Keyword Reply messages are turned OFF, standard Auto Reply messages will be sent instead.

Why does the word Read and a time appear next to messages? toggle
When the word “Read” appears next to your message, it means the recipient read it. However, this may not always be the case. Depending on a user's device, the message may show up as having been read when they receive a notification for that message.

The time refers to when the message was sent, not when it was read by the recipient.

These may appear differently depending on the situation.

How can I see who added my account as a friend? toggle
You can see how many users have added your account as a friend, but you can’t see specific user information except in the following cases.

A user contacts you on LINE@ through a 1-on-1 chat:
If you're contacted by a user on LINE@, you'll be able to see their profile information (display name, profile photo, and Status Message).

If your LINE@ account is using a messaging API and a user directly interacts with your account such as adding you as a friend or sending you a message:
In addition to their profile information as mentioned above, you'll also be able to see the internal identifier that we assign to each of our users and send that user a message.

If your LINE@ account is using a messaging API and is added to a group or 1-on-1 chat:
Approved accounts will be able to see the information mentioned above. Standard accounts will also be able to see the same information mentioned above if someone in the group chat sends a message.

Is there any way I can make original stickers and distribute them through LINE@? toggle
There is no feature that allows you to create and distribute stickers through LINE@. If you wish to create a set of stickers, you can either sign a contract to release your own official account and create a set of sponsored stickers that way, or you can create your own stickers via the Creators Market and ask your friends to use them.

Creator's stickers cannot be used for commercial purposes such as rewards for events or adding your account as a friend.
