For LINE@ users in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia, if you choose to make purchases with a credit card, please use the billing statement that is issued from your respective credit card company as a formal receipt.
The merchant name and/or location name on your billing statement will appear as LINE Pay. If your credit card was issued by a Japanese card company, it may show up as ラインペイ (LINE Pay).
Plan and Payment Related Changes
1. Start LINE Pay from the LINE app.
2. Tap Add Credit Card.
1. In the LINE@ app, go to the Manage tab > Business Store.
Note: If you are using an iOS device, please access the Business Store from the browser on your device.
From the LINE@ Manager for PC, click Account Information > Purchase History.
You can delete the details of your registered credit card by either cancelling a paid service, changing the payment method or changing the registered credit card which will delete the details of your old card.
Please be aware that by canceling your purchased Premium ID it will become invalid.
Errors and Other Questions
From the Paymaster's LINE app, go to More > profile icon > Register Phone No. After registering a phone number, please try selecting credit card once again from the screen to select your payment method.
