Can I use the LINE@ service abroad? toggle
Yes. You can use it anywhere in the world as long as you have access to 3G or Wi-Fi. 

In a Wi-Fi zone, you can use it for free.  
If you use a 3G network abroad, an additional fee may be charged depending on your data usage. 
So if you plan to use your smartphone abroad, make sure to check roaming charges in advance.

Can I log in on multiple devices at the same time? toggle
You can use the LINE@ app on one device only. If you log in on an additional device, you will be automatically logged out on the existing device.

When I change devices, can I move the information from the old device to the new one? toggle
When you log in on your new device, the following data will be transferred.

- Friends list
- Profile
- Chat list
- Other account information

You can switch devices simply by logging into the LINE@ app on a different device.

Why am I unable to find my LINE@ account when searching in LINE? toggle
Your account will not be included in search results inside the LINE app in the following situations.

If you are using a standard account
A standard account in a category not reviewed or approved by LINE will not appear in search results in LINE.

If your account is not public
Even with an approved account, if your account is not public, it will not be included in search results. Please follow the steps below to make it public.

App
Go to Settings > Profile > Public Setting.

PC
Go to Settings > Basic Account Settings > Display/Hide.

Where can I find my QR code? toggle
You can find your QR code and the HTML code for it using the steps below.

App
Go to the Manage tab > Tell a Friend to view your QR code.

PC
Go to Settings > Basic Account Settings to find your QR code image and HTML code.
