Yes. You can use it anywhere in the world as long as you have access to 3G or Wi-Fi.
In a Wi-Fi zone, you can use it for free.
If you use a 3G network abroad, an additional fee may be charged depending on your data usage.
So if you plan to use your smartphone abroad, make sure to check roaming charges in advance.
When you log in on your new device, the following data will be transferred.
- Friends list
- Chat list
- Other account information
You can switch devices simply by logging into the LINE@ app on a different device.
Your account will not be included in search results inside the LINE app in the following situations.
If you are using a standard account
A standard account in a category not reviewed or approved by LINE will not appear in search results in LINE.
If your account is not public
Even with an approved account, if your account is not public, it will not be included in search results. Please follow the steps below to make it public.
Go to Settings > Profile > Public Setting.
Go to Settings > Basic Account Settings > Display/Hide.
You can find your QR code and the HTML code for it using the steps below.
Go to the Manage tab > Tell a Friend to view your QR code.
Go to Settings > Basic Account Settings to find your QR code image and HTML code.
