Edit and Create Reward Cards

How do I create Reward Cards? toggle
To create a Reward Card, please refer to the following.

From the LINE@ smartphone app
1. Tap the Manage tab > Reward Cards > Create Reward Card.
2. Choose a design and configure all of the settings.
3. Tap either Save Draft or Go Live.

From the PC version of LINE@
1. Click Reward Cards from the menu bar on the left.
2. Select a design and configure all of the settings.
3. Click SaveDraft or GoLive.

The information on my live reward card is incorrect toggle
Aside from the expiration date, all fields can be changed after the card goes live. However, any changes you make will not apply to reward cards already acquired by customers, the vouchers set on those cards, and vouchers that were already claimed.

If you wish to revoke and correct the card, discontinue the service by selecting the Last Day of Service setting and create another card once again.

How do I discontinue a reward card's service? toggle
To discontinue the service for your store's reward card after it has gone live, please refer to the following steps after you have read the cautionary notes below:

Important:
- Once you discontinue a card's service, you will not be able to undo the process.
- All data and settings, including points accumulated by customers, will be reset.
- You will not be able to create a new reward card until the day after the set Last Day of Service.
- When creating a new reward card, you will not be able to restore cards that had their services ended in the past.

From the LINE@ smartphone app
1. Tap the Manage tab > Reward Cards > Reward Cards > Last Day of Service.
2. Enter a date for both Last Day of Service and Last Day for Awarding Points, fill out the Message field and tap Last Day of Service.

From the LINE@ Manager for PC
1. Click Reward Cards from the menu on the left > Reward Cards > Reward Cards > Last Day of Service.
2. Enter a date for both Last Day of Service and Last Day for Awarding Points, fill out the Message field and click Last Day of Service.

You can check the number of issued cards and vouchers up until the previous day from Reward Cards > Manage Statistics.

Can I create rewards cards with any type of LINE@ account? toggle
Yes, you can create rewards cards with both approved and standard LINE@ accounts.

You can use the point card not only to promote your store but also to attract customers for a wide range of services such as events and concerts.
