LINE MUSIC for Artists Help Center

Managing members

Members refer to accounts that are associated with an artist team. You can give members either of the following permissions.

• Viewer

• Editor

• Administrator

The things you can do with each permission are as follows.

Viewer

- Reference artist information and playback data.

Editor

- Reference artist information and playback data.

- Edit artist information and official content.

Administrator

- Reference artist information and playback data.

- Edit artist information and official content.

- Manage members

An invitation from an administrator is required for someone to join an established artist team as a new member.

To invite someone as an administrator:

1. Click the team name that appears at the top left of the screen.

2. Click the team you want to invite someone to.

3. Click Members at the top of the screen.

4. Click Invite member at the top of the members list.

5. Enter the required information to invite and then click Invite.

If you want to join an established artist team, ask the administrator to invite you with the above steps.

Note: You cannot request invitations or check administrators on LINE MUSIC for Artists. Please confirm the administrator on your own and contact them accordingly.

To delete a member:

1. Click the team name that appears at the top left of the screen.

2. Click the team you want to delete a member from.

3. Click Members at the top of the screen.

4. Click the options icon on the member you want to delete.

5. Click Delete member.

6. Click Delete on the deletion confirmation pop-up.

To change a member's permission:

1. Click the team name that appears at the top left of the screen.

2. Click on the team with the member whose permissions you want to change.

3. Click Members at the top of the screen.

4. Click the options icon for the member whose permissions you want to change.

5. Click Edit permissions.

6. Choose the permission you want to assign and click Save on the confirmation pop-up.
