[Entry required] Visa LINE Pay prepaid card promotion: Get back 3% of payments made with Visa contactless payments
Promotion period:
For payments completed between Wednesday, January 10 and Saturday, November 30, 2024.
Promotion requirements:
• You need to join the promotion during the promotion period and the relevant months.
Note: Entry is required for each month.
• You need to make Visa contactless payments with your Visa LINE Pay prepaid card during the promotion period and each month you join it.
Note:
- iD Payments are not eligible for earning Points.
- The month Points are issued for is determined based on the "Transaction Complete" date in the Purchase details for the transactions in your LINE Pay Payment history.
- Depending on the merchant, it can take up to two months after using your card before a payment is completed.
- There are no restrictions on where you can make purchases, what you can buy, or how much you can spend, but you will not earn Points for amounts paid for using Points.

Timing for when Points are issued:
Payments completed during each month generate Points that are issued in one lump sum around the 10th of the following month.
For example:
• Points for payments completed between October 1 and October 31, 2024, will be issued around November 10.
• Points for payments completed between November 1 and November 30, 2024, will be issued around December 10.
How to check your issued Points history:
Please check your Points history after they're issued by opening LINE and tapping the Wallet tab > LINE POINT CLUB > History > Earned. Relevant items will show up as "LINE Pay: (Merchant name)" in your history, followed by these details: "LINEプリペ(Visa)" (paid with Visa LINE Pay prepaid card), "3%還元" (3% back), and "X月確定分" (month payment was completed).

When you use your Visa LINE Pay prepaid card, the payment will be immediately deducted from your LINE Pay balance that you added money to in advance.
Unlike credit cards, prepaid cards are not charged on a payment due date. However, for some merchants and purchased items, the deduction may not be immediate but occur at a later date, causing a time lag between the time you made the payment and the deduction.
Please note that the Visa LINE Pay prepaid card service ended on January 30, 2025. If you were using your Visa LINE Pay prepaid card to make payments, please change your payment method as soon as possible.

For transactions where there's a long period of time between purchasing and delivery, such as preordering items, there will be an initial deduction made to your card at the time of ordering to confirm its validity. After that, you'll be charged again at the scheduled delivery time.
The first deduction will be refunded when we receive the refund information from the merchant; however, there may be cases where we receive payment confirmation for the second charge first, temporarily resulting in being charged twice.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the refund information, or after about 60 days if we don't receive the refund information, so please wait until you receive your refund.
If you still haven't received a refund after 60 days, please contact Customer Care.
