About the negative balance

You can make the payment at a convenience store (FamilyMart, Daily Yamazaki) or through online banking (Pay-easy), with no additional service charge. Please follow the steps below to make a payment using your preferred method.
At FamilyMart
1. Open the link in the text message to proceed with the payment process, then select FamilyMart for the convenience store you'll use.2. Make a note of the company code (the first number, 企業コード) and the order number (the second number, 注文番号) shown on the screen.
3. Go to a nearby FamilyMart and select Payment/Charge (代金支払い) on the multi-copy machine's main screen.
4. Select 番号入力 (Number entry).
5. Enter the company code (企業コード).
6. Enter the order number (注文番号).
7. Read the important notes, then select 同意して進む (Agree and continue).
8. Check the payment details, then select 確認 (Confirm).
9. Take the payment slip issued from the multi-copy machine.
10. Show the payment slip at the register and pay the amount.
11. Collect your receipt.
At Daily Yamazaki
1. Open the link in the text message to proceed with the payment process, then select Daily Yamazaki for the convenience store you'll use.2. Make a note of the online payment number (オンライン決済番号) shown on the screen.
3. Go to a nearby Daily Yamazaki and tell the cashier that you're making an online payment.
4. Enter the 11-digit online payment number (オンライン決済番号) on the screen at the register, and tap 確定 (OK) if a confirmation screen is shown.
5. Check the payment details, then select 確認 (Confirm).
6. Pay at the register.
7. Collect your receipt.
Online banking (Pay-easy)
1. Open the link in the text message to proceed with the payment process, then select Pay-easy as your payment method.2. Select the bank that you use for online banking.
3. Log in to your online banking account.
4. Confirm the payment information.
5. Select 支払(払込)(Pay (Payment)).
