LINE Pay Japan Help Center

There are different limits for adding, withdrawing, and spending money depending on whether you're using a LINE Cash or LINE Money account.　However, depending on your account's usage, the actual amounts may differ from the ones shown in the tables below.

To check the limits for your account, go to the LINE Pay main menu > Settings > Balance Types and Limits.
Note:
- Individual limits may also be applied.
- Limits cannot be lowered below their set amounts.
- The daily limits shown in the tables below are based on a day being from 12 am to 11:59 pm (UTC+9).
- If you've reached a daily limit, please try again from 12 am (UTC+9) on the following day.

You won't be able to make payments at PayPay merchants if you exceed their limits, even if you haven't exceeded the limits set by LINE Pay.

Note: Some PayPay merchants have individually set limits.

The Pay bill feature has a limit of up to JPY 300,000 per tax or other government fee payment (not including utility bills) or up to JPY 49,999 per other bill payment. There is no per month limit to the feature.
