Note:
- You may not be able to use some cards depending on the merchant or country.
- You cannot register a Visa LINE Pay prepaid card.

To ensure that LINE Pay can be used safely and securely, you can only try adding a card up to five times every seven days (regardless of how many cards you try to add). If you try adding a card five times within seven days, you will have to wait for another seven days to pass from the day you made your last attempt before you can try adding a card again.

Other cards cannot be used outside of LINE service merchants (e.g. LINE STORE), aside from some LINE Pay merchants in Taiwan and Thailand.
If you are unable to register or pay with a credit/debit card after you entered all of the information correctly, please check the following.
1. Does the card you are trying to use support online payments?
2. Is overseas use enabled for the card you are trying to use?
3. Are there sufficient funds in the bank account linked to the card? If not, please deposit some money into the account first.
4. Does your card support identity verification for online shopping?
