My Number Points

The My Number Points program lets consumers with an Individual Number ("My Number") card receive Points for making cashless payments.

LINE Pay’s My Number Points program ended on September 30, 2022.

You can still use other cashless payment services with the My Number Points programs for applying to use the national health insurance card or registering an account for receiving public benefits (公金受取口座). Go to the sign up screen on the My Number Points official website and select your preferred payment service.

Also, if you didn't earn the maximum 5,000 Points as of 11:59 pm on September 30, 2022, you can receive the unearned amount with another service provider.

Note: For information on the application periods for other cashless payment services, refer to the My Number Points program website.

If you want to apply to another payment service's program to get your unearned amount, you don't need to do anything on the My Number Points reservation/application website for now. We'll contact eligible users about how to reapply from November of 2022.
