LINE Pay Money帳戶是LINE Pay推出的全新電子支付服務，開通後除了可在LINE Pay合作商店消費付款外，也可輕鬆連結您的銀行帳戶、儲值、轉帳、提領、繳納生活費用以及與好友分攤付款，讓生活更便利。

步驟1. 開啟LINE App＞點選「錢包」＞「LINE Pay」，或開啟LINE Pay App

步驟2. 點選「開始」

步驟3. 身分證明文件請選擇「持有臺灣身分證」

步驟4. 閱讀服務條款並同意[如欲參加行銷活動，請務必同意"行銷資訊提供政策"，否則將無法獲得回饋]

步驟5. 驗證手機號碼：輸入收到的簡訊驗證碼

步驟6. 驗證身分證：掃描或輸入身分證資料[使用掃描方式請務必核對掃描結果]

步驟7. 金融驗證：輸入本人信用卡或存款帳戶資料[虛擬信用卡及數位帳戶皆無法驗證，簽帳金融卡則需依照銀行是否可參與驗證而定，如失敗即代表不接受驗證]

步驟8. 設定6~12位數英數字的LINE Pay Money帳戶ID[不可包含特殊符號]

步驟9. 設定6位數密碼

步驟10. 開通完成

階段一

步驟2. 點選「開始」，若已註冊LINE Pay請點選「LINE Pay Money」區塊

步驟3. 臺灣使用者請選擇「持有臺灣身分證」

步驟5. 驗證手機號碼：輸入收到的簡訊驗證碼

步驟7. 進入法定代理人驗證流程

① 線上驗證：若父母皆已開通LINE Pay Money帳戶，可線上同意。

② 紙本文件：列印紙本申請書並取得法定代理人同意，連同指定證明文件一併上傳。

③ 若身分證反面的父母資訊無法線上驗證時，請選擇紙本驗證方式。

④ 驗證結果將在收到申請(紙本驗證需等寄達)後5個工作天內透過「LINE錢包」官方帳號訊息通知。

階段二(步驟7通過後接續的操作步驟)

步驟8. 金融驗證：輸入本人信用卡或存款帳戶資料[虛擬信用卡及數位帳戶皆無法驗證，簽帳金融卡則需依照銀行是否可參與驗證而定，如失敗即代表不接受驗證]

步驟5. 驗證手機號碼：輸入收到的簡訊驗證碼

步驟6. 驗證臺灣居留證：

① 輸入居留證資料。

② 上傳居留證照片。

③ 驗證結果將在5個工作天內透過「LINE錢包」官方帳號訊息通知。

階段二(步驟6通過後接續的操作步驟)

步驟7. 金融驗證：輸入本人臺灣信用卡或臺灣存款帳戶資料

步驟8. 設定6~12位數英數字的LINE Pay Money帳戶ID[不可包含特殊符號]

步驟9. 設定6位數密碼

步驟10. 開通完成

此外，若為使用居留證開立以下銀行的帳戶，將不支援外國人金融驗證：

花旗(台灣)商業銀行、渣打國際商業銀行、台中商業銀行、京城商業銀行、匯豐(台灣)商業銀行、華泰商業銀行、陽信商業銀行、板信商業銀行、三信商業銀行、安泰商業銀行、華南商業銀行。

1. 請先試著刪除舊的簡訊，避免累積過多佔用儲存容量。

2. 請確認手機訊號，滿格不等於訊號良好，仍需確認您的手機電信業者在您所處位置的訊號。

3. 請確認手機是否有安裝設定過濾或封鎖陌生簡訊的App。

4. 請向您的手機電信業者確認「接收商業簡訊」是否已開啟。請務必開啟「接收商業簡訊」，避免收不到驗證碼簡訊或重要通知而影響您的權益。

一天只能發送5次簡訊驗證碼，超過請隔天再試。

身分證驗證失敗多為輸入的資料有誤，請您檢查以下資訊：

1. 請先確認輸入的身分證資料是否正確：

⋅身分證字號

⋅出生年月日(年份為民國年)

⋅身分證發證日期(年份為民國年)

⋅身分證發證地點

⋅身分證發證種類(初發、換發、補發)

上述資料在身分證上皆可看到，同時建議您將手機語言切換為繁體中文，可更快速確認資料是否一致。

若確認以上資料均正確，卻仍驗證失敗，您可先透過內政部戶政司的國民身分證領補換資料查詢作業確認是否為最新證件。

2. 若您近期有補換發身分證，建議您於戶政資料系統整合後(約7至10個工作天)再驗證。

在開通LINE Pay Money帳戶後，目前僅支援綁定中國信託銀行、國泰世華銀行、台北富邦銀行、聯邦銀行、台中商銀、將來銀行的簽帳金融卡。

其他發卡銀行的簽帳金融卡，因尚未加入財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心信用卡輔助持卡人身分驗證平台，故無法綁定。

我們正在積極和各家發卡銀行洽談合作或了解加入驗證平台的時程，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。
