「第三方支付服務業防制洗錢及打擊資恐辦法」說明

為配合「第三方支付服務業防制洗錢及打擊資恐辦法」於2023年1月1日起生效及LINE Pay管理政策，消費者在網路商店透過LINE Pay單筆交易金額達新台幣20萬元前，必須先完成身分確認，才可繼續交易。

※依據法規，第三方支付服務業(即LINE Pay)於提供代理收付服務時，買方客戶(即LINE Pay使用者)在網路商店以信用卡單筆交易金額達新台幣20萬元前，必須先確認買方客戶身分；因此，身分確認非LINE Pay獨有的制度，如有造成您的不便，敬請見諒。

僅有您使用的LINE Pay帳號第一次在網路商店單筆交易透過LINE Pay付款的金額達新台幣20萬元前，必須先完成身分驗證；或前次您完成身分驗證的證明文件已有更新，必須請您再次完成身分驗證。

若您有多個LINE Pay帳號，則每一帳號在網路商店單筆交易透過LINE Pay付款的金額達新台幣20萬元前，皆必須先完成身分驗證；當然，當您先前完成身分驗證文件有更新時，必須請您再次完成每一帳號的身分驗證。

上傳本人最新版身分證明完成後，您已完成初步身分驗證，即可在網路商店透過LINE Pay付款單筆交易金額新台幣20萬元以上。

後續我們將於1至2個工作日內透過「LINE錢包」官方帳號通知您最終審核結果。

您還是可在網路商店透過LINE Pay支付單筆交易低於新台幣20萬元以下的消費。

然而，由於LINE Pay採取較嚴密的安全控管機制，如有短時間內多次嘗試付款，或當系統偵測到交易有疑慮時，仍會自動鎖定付款功能，以保障您的LINE Pay帳號安全，遇此狀況時，請與LINE Pay客服中心聯繫。
