Start by checking whether there's a Circle season underway or not. Circle points can only be earned during a season.
You can find out whether there's a season underway via the Notices or via the Circle points button that appears in your Circle room.
If indeed you are mid-season, just tap the Circle points button to see the latest information about your Circle's points.
If there's no season currently underway, you will instead see information about the upcoming season. Be sure to check the Circle room whenever you need season scheduling info.
If you find that there is a season underway and you still cannot collect points, read on.
If you find that there is a season underway and you still cannot collect points, it may be because of the following rules. These rules have been set up as measures to prevent malicious users from fraudulently obtaining Circle points and/or rewards:
- It is not possible to earn Circle points or rewards during the same season that you joined a Circle. You must wait until the next new season starts.
- If your account has not been fully registered and/or approved by your Circle, you will not be able to earn Circle points or rewards. Remember that you will only be able to earn Circle points and rewards starting from the next new season AFTER you have successfully joined a Circle.
