The login screen differs depending on the version of the app you're using. Check the information below that matches
the screen you see in the app.
If you see "LINE account" on the login screen
• Logging in with the LINE app If you tap
LINE account, you will be automatically logged in via
the LINE app installed on your device.
If you're unable to log in with the LINE app: Check whether the LINE account logged in on the LINE app
matches the one linked to the LINE official account. You will be unable to log in with this option if you use a
business account to log in (using an email address and password) or you're logged in to a LINE account that isn't linked
to the LINE official account.
• Logging in with a business account If you tap
Business account, fields to enter an email
address and password will appear. Enter the email address and password that was set when the account was
created.
If you forgot the password to the business account: 1. Access
LINE
Official Account Manager for web browsers.
2. Select
Business account >
Reset password.
3. Enter the email address for the account, then select
Submit.
4. Follow the instructions in the email you
receive.
