Coupons/Lottery

To create and send coupons, follow the steps below.

From the LINE Official Account Manager app:

1. Tap the Home icon > Coupons.

2. Tap Create new.

3. Configure each item and tap Save.

4. Choose whether to send the coupon as a message or share it on LINE VOOM.

From the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager:

1. Click Home > Coupons.

2. Click Create new.

3. Configure each item and click Save.

4. Choose whether to send the coupon as a message or share it on LINE VOOM.

When you create coupons, you can choose to distribute them via lottery.

To enable the Lottery setting, follow the steps below.

From the LINE Official Account Manager app:

1. Tap the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.

2. Tap Coupons > Create new.

3. Under "Advanced settings," tap Lottery.

4. Turn the Lottery setting ON and select a Lottery rate.

Note: If you want to set a maximum number of winners, turn Max winners ON and enter the limit.

5. Tap OK.

From the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager:

1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.

2. Click Coupons > Create new.

3. Under "Advanced settings," select Enable next to "Lottery" and choose a Lottery rate.

Note: If you want to set a maximum number of winners, turn Max winners ON and enter the limit.

Coupons can be changed after they are published. However, changing a coupon after starting to distribute it could inconvenience users, so make sure to take this into consideration before making any changes.
