Issues when viewing broadcasts

A broadcast doesn't play when I tap it toggle
If there are issues with your network connection, video may stop or not play properly.

To play high quality videos smoothly, please try using Wi-Fi or a place with a strong internet connection.

Depending on your network connection, you may not have a strong signal if you’re using a mobile Wi-Fi router. If this is the case, we recommend using a Wi-Fi network with a fixed router.

My transmission speed was restricted toggle
If your transmission speed is restricted, please try viewing broadcasts via a Wi-Fi connection.

Live broadcasts are jittery when I view them toggle
Please make sure that the device you are using meets the recommended system requirements for the app.


Additionally, if your connection is weak when viewing a broadcast, the video may stop or experience issues. If there is no problem on your end, there may be an issue with the broadcaster's transmission.

I can't hear sound in videos toggle
If you can't hear sound for a video, it may be because:

• The sound on your device is set to OFF.
• The broadcaster has temporarily turned the sound OFF for their video.
