- Song by Artists: Copyrighted songs from various artists.
- Voice by Artists: Voices recorded by various artists.

Yes, you are welcome to try a 7-day free trial on the selected melodies. There are no auto-charges and no commitments.
After 7 days, your ringtone/ringback tone will automatically revert to the previous one.

Simply follow the steps below to try a 7-day free trial melody:

1. Go to Melody Shop
2. Click "7-Day Trial"
3. Choose a melody and tab "Free-trial".

4. If you haven't added LINE MELODY OA, you will be prompted to add, tap "confirm".
5. Receive the melody and set it as a ringtone or a ringback tone.

Changing accounts/devices

Can I still use purchased melody in old account on a new phone?

Yes, you can use all purchased melody on new phone but you need to go to Melodies menu to set Ringtone and Ringback tone again since the new phone will be automatically set the tone as default.

If you can’t find your purchased melody, it’s might cause by account data transferring fail so that you can’t retrieve the following data:

- Item purchase history

- Coin balance

- Registered telephone number

- Chat and friend list

- Chat history

- LINE Login data in other applications

Melody by Me

How to create my own ringtone using Melody by Me?

1. Go to "Home" on your LINE app, then tap "Melody Shop".

2. Tap your "Profile" picture on the top left.

3. Tap "Melody by Me" > "Make your own melody", you will be prompted with a new browser window. If you are using Melody by Me for the first time, you need to access Terms and Conditions before tapping "Start".

4. You will see a popup dialog requesting to access microphone. Tap "Allow" to allow the microphone access.

5. Tap "Create"

6. Name the melody > Done. Then, tap "REC" to start recoding (max 30 seconds).

7. Tap "Stop" when you are done.

8. Tap the far left button to "Save" to Melody by ME, tap the far right button to "Delete" the melody.

Alternatively, tap "Purchase" to use the melody or tap "Send Gift" to send it to someone else.

Note: The unpurchased melodies will be deleted within 7 days.

How to start using the voices I have just created via Melody by Me?

You will need to purchase the saved audio recording before you can set it as a ringtone or a ringback tone. Simply follow the steps below:

- If you have purchased an audio recording already, go to “Settings” to as it as a ringtone or a ringback tone.

- If you had created and saved the audio recordings, but haven’t purchased them yet. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Melody by Me tab. Then, tap "Make your own melody" to view your saved audio recordings.

2. Tap on the audio recording you want to use, then tap "Download as melody" > "Purchase"

3. Complete the payment process.

4. Go to "Setting" to set the purchased melody as a ringtone or a ringback tone.

Two payment channels available:

1. Via LINE app: Upon tapping "Purchase", you will be prompted with the option to pay by Coins.
2. Via melody.line.me: You will be able to choose your preferred methods; credit card, Mobile network subscriptions, Rabbit LINE Pay, LINE Prepaid Card and LINE Gift Code.

If you want to report an inappropriate ringback tone that goes against our policy. Simply follow the steps below:

2. Tap and hold on the "call icon", then select "Report".

If you experience problems in recording, simply follow the steps below:

- Ensure you open Melody by Me on either Google Chrome or Safari browser.

- Follow the steps below to check if Melody by Me can access your microphone:

For iOS devices:

1. Tap the "Refresh" button on your browser or try accessing the Melody by Me feature again by following the steps below.

- Go to "Home" on your LINE app > "Melody Shop".

3. Tap the Social Media icon you wish to share the referral link to or copy the link and send it to you friend directly.

4. Once your friend has successfully purchased a melody using the referral link you shared, you will be notified via LINE.

5. You can now purchase a melody using the discount ticket.
