LINE Official Accounts lets you create a LINE account for your business and connect with your customers.
With an official account, you can send effective targeted broadcasts using data estimated from user trends on LINE, as well as link your own data and external systems with the Messaging API. You can also send messages to individual users or specific groups to achieve optimal communication for your business needs.
There are two types of LINE official accounts: Verified and Unverified.
Verified accounts
These are accounts that have passed LINE's review process. Once your account has been reviewed, it will be issued a Verified account badge and appear in LINE in-app search results.
Unverified accounts
These are accounts that have not been reviewed. Unverified accounts can be used by anyone, regardless of whether they are an individual or a company, but they do not appear in LINE in-app search results.
Up to 100 accounts (Verified or Unverified) can be created with one LINE Business ID.
Accounts created using the LINE Official Account app are Unverified, and need to pass a review to become Verified.
Note: Review applications are currently only being accepted for Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. Verified accounts are not being issued for other countries or regions at this time.
4. Fill in the required fields and choose Continue.
5. On the Check application page, select Submit.
To create a new account from the LINE Official Account app:
1. Download the LINE Official Account app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap Log in or sign up with LINE or Log in or sign up by email.
3. Tap Create an account.
Note: If you already have a LINE official account, tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen > Create new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Continue.
5. Tap Create account.
You cannot create verified accounts from the LINE Official Account app. If you'd like a verified account, you need to apply after creating an unverified one.
Surveys let you gather the opinions of LINE users for valuable feedback. You can also use them to do research for your products and services or get user demographics.
Your surveys can be attached to broadcasts, LINE VOOM posts, automated messages, and more to reach a wide range of users.
Additionally, you can distribute thank-you coupons to users who answer your survey to show your gratitude and encourage participation.

You can send out satisfaction survey messages at no additional cost to gauge how your followers feel about your account.
Surveys measure user satisfaction quantitatively with a Net Promoter Score (NPS®). If you have a Premium or verified account, you can also send open-ended questions along with your satisfaction surveys, allowing you to get both quantitative and qualitative feedback about your account.
Satisfaction surveys can be sent out once every 90 days. Plan your next move based on your current score by comparing past and recent scores and looking back on your old messages/promotions.
To send out a satisfaction survey:
1. Click Home > Surveys.
2. Click Net Promoter Score®.
3. Click Send survey.
Note:
- Satisfaction surveys can only be created on LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers, and not on the LINE Official Account app.
