To save a post as a draft from the LINE Official Account app:

1. Tap LINE VOOM > Create new post.

2. Tap Save draft on the post creation screen.

You can attach a combined total of up to 20 images and videos.

Image file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF

Image file size: 10 MB or lower per file

Video file types: MP4, M4V, MOV, AVI, and WMV

Video play time: 20 minutes or less per file

Note: Support is offered for 720p resolution at 2.5 mbps.

Specifications for uploading thumbnails

The specifications for uploading a thumbnail are as follows.

Images

File formats: JPG, JPEG, and PNG

File size: 10 MB or lower

Resolution: 750 px by 993 px

Note: You can only upload one thumbnail image.

Thumbnails

Thumbnails only appear on the Explore tab. Videos will be displayed as is in other parts of LINE VOOM such as the For you and Following tabs. If multiple files are attached, only the thumbnail of the first video will be shown.

Text filter

Thumbnails that contain too much text will not appear on the Explore tab.

Hashtag specifications

The specification for hashtags are as follows.

• Hashtags can't contain blank spaces.

• You can add up to 20 hashtags per post.

• You can enter a maximum of 99 characters per hashtag.

• The hashtag function will be removed (without notice) from hashtags that contain over 99 characters or are added to a post that already has 20 hashtags entered.

• The hashtag search page is not available in VOOM Studio. You can only enter hashtags.

About image cropping

Cropping an image lets you trim it down to fit a frame with a specific aspect ratio.

Aspect ratios

From a minimum of 3:1 (landscape) to a maximum of 3:4 (portrait)

Aspect ratio image cropping

• Images where a face can be recognized are cropped with the face in the center.

• Images without a recognizable face are cropped with the middle of the image in the center of the frame.

Note: Image cropping is not applied to the media viewer, slide type posts, or small images from posted links.
