To see a list of your friends, go to the Chats tab and select Contact list or search for a tag, keyword, or chat name (the friend's display name) from the search field on the Chats screen.
If a LINE user adds your LINE official account as a friend, but doesn't send the official account a message in a 1-on-1 chat, you will not be able to confirm them from Chats or Contact list until they do. You will be able to see your chat history with them once they contact you in a 1-on-1 chat.

From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Log in to LINE Official Account Manager.
2. From the Home tab, click your LINE Business ID profile icon or display name at the top right of the screen > Settings.
3. Click the pencil icon to the right of Language and select the language you want to use > Update.
From the LINE Official Account app:
1. Start the LINE Official Account app.
2. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen.
3. Tap User settings > User profile, and log in using your preferred method.
4. Tap the pencil icon to the right of Language and select the language you want to use > Update.

To create a new account using LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Access LINE for Business.
2. Select 免費開設帳號 (Create a free LINE official account).
3. Log in to LINE Business ID.
4. Fill in the required fields and choose Continue.
5. On the Check application page, select Submit.
To create a new account from the LINE Official Account app:
1. Download the LINE Official Account app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap Log in or sign up with LINE or Log in or sign up by email.
3. Tap Create an account.
Note: If you already have a LINE official account, tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen > Create new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Continue.
5. Tap Create account.
From the LINE app:
1. Tap the Voom tab > your profile at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Create official account.
Note: If you don't have an email address registered, please register one by going to Settings > Account > Email address.
3. Tap Create a new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Create account.
You cannot create verified accounts from the LINE Official Account app. If you'd like a verified account, you need to apply after creating an unverified one.
Note: LINE Official Account is not available in the European Union.
