The Insights page shows statistical data for your account, such as the number of friends you've added or blocked per day as well as coupon and reward card statistics.

After setting the parameters for your friend path from Track friend paths, if a user adds your official account via a link, QR code, or the Add as friend button, the data will be displayed based on the following criteria.
If the total number of users who added your official account during the specified period exceeds 20:
On the Insights screen, the data will be displayed under the name you set for the friend path, instead of "Add friend" URLs, QR codes, and buttons.
If the total number of users who added your official account during the specified period is below 20:
The data for the friend path you set up will be placed in Other.
For this reason, if no data is appearing for the friend path you set up, check whether you have invited users to add your official account as a friend using the correct QR code generated for that path.
Note: Data and other relevant information will be updated and appear on the Insights screen the following day.
Also, due to system specifications, you currently can't view detailed information about previously set friend paths on LINE Official Account Manager. We recommend backing up your files (e.g. posters) after creating them.
