You can get Gear for your Rangers from the Gear Gacha, Guild Raids, the Arena, or by purchasing it directly from the shop with Gems.

All Rangers have the ability to equip Weapons, Armor, and Accessories that boost their stats. You can equip 1 piece of Gear from each category for each Ranger.

Gear items come with a random set of stat boosts known as "options." Two pieces of gear may look the same, but if they have different options, they might be better suited for different situations.

1. Gear Menu

You can get to the Gear Menu from the screen used to view the details of each Ranger. Check out what Gear they have equipped, or check out your entire arsenal of Gear with this handy tool.

2. Swap Equipped Gear

Tap any piece of Gear you have to check out its stats. Press the Equip button to set your Ranger up with a shiny new piece of Gear.

However, if the Ranger in question already has a similar piece of Gear equipped, it will be removed and lost automatically. Oh, the horror.

You can use Rubies to unequip Gear from Rangers and return it to your Gear Menu.

Make sure to keep a close eye on the stats for both pieces of Gear when swapping them!

3. Gear Options

Gear items come with a random set of stat boosts known as "options." Gear stats and the maximum and minimum number of options available depend on the Gear's grade.

1-Star Gear: 1 Option

2-Star Gear: 1 Option

3-Star Gear: 1-2 Options

4-Star Gear: 2 Options

5-Star Gear: 2-3 Options

6-Star Gear: 3 Options

7-Star Gear: 3 options, 1 high-level option

The randomized options mean that different instances of the same Gear may provide your Ranger with different options and stats. The stats for each piece of Gear change depending on their level of enhancement.

4. Gear Enhancement and Upgrades

Combine Gear to enhance them. You can upgrade Gear once you get a piece all the way up to Max+5.

Upgrading Gear increases its grade by 1 Star.

You can use Rubies to change the options for newly acquired Gear. However, you can only do this a certain number of times.

7-8 Star Gear items: All display in yellow.

Up to 6-Star Gear items: Only items with high option stats display in yellow.

7-Star Gear has 1 high-level option in addition to the regular 3 normal options.

You can use Unlimit to enhance high-level options' stats, and Switch to change the high-level options themselves.

1. High-Level Options

These are options that are available for 7-Star Gear only.

High-level options have a set Type and Element and only take effect when the Gear is equipped to a Ranger of the same Type and Element.

When 7-Star Weapons, Armors, or Accessories with the same high-level option are equipped at the same time, only the Gear with the highest stats will take effect.

Gear with lower stats will not take effect so we recommend changing it to Gear with a different option.

2. Unlimit

Powering up 7-Star Gear to its max level will let you Unlimit that Gear.

You can power up high-level option stats with Unlimit.

Special Material Items and Coins are required to Unlimit Gear.

3. Switch

Using the Switch feature lets you change the current high-level option into a different one.

You can see the Gear options that can be changed from the preview. The Gear's new option will be chosen at random from the Switch list in the preview.

The option lock feature has also been added!

Using the option lock feature lets you lock the current option for your Gear.

This is great for when you want to keep your favorite options, but change their stats!

(5 Rubies are required to lock options)

Special Material Items and Coins are required to Switch Gear.

4. Special Material Items

Special Material Items needed to Unlimit or Switch 7-Star Gear can be obtained by clearing Event Stages or randomly by extracting Gear.

The higher the grade of the Gear is, the more likely Special Material Items will be extracted.

Switch Odds

The odds are the same for each option on the Switch list.

The stats for each option are determined randomly from the below ranges.

- The Switch list varies for each Gear item and may not include a high-level option at the time the Gear is obtained.

Combine two pieces of gear that belong to the same category to enhance and upgrade your gear.

Enhancing Gear

Tap any piece of gear you have and press the Enhance button.

This gear will sacrifice its fragile existence in order to enhance another. (Up to 5)

Pay a pre-determined amount of Coins to upgrade your gear up to 5 additional levels.

Upgrade your gear all the way up to +5 (Max)!

Upgrading Gear

You can upgrade gear once you get a piece all the way up to Max+5.

Upgrade Gear→Get New Gear (+1 Star)

You can use Rubies to upgrade the options for newly acquired gear.

However, you can only do this a certain number of times.

In addition to the normal and high-level options, 8-Star Gear items have SKILL+ options that can enhance certain Skills.

Enhance and Unlimit Gear items to their MAX levels, and you'll be able to enhance SKILL+ stats by using Special Material item Firebird Feathers and Coins!

1. SKILL+ options

These are new options that are available for 8-Star Gear only.

SKILL+ options have certain Skills and only take effect when the Gear is equipped to a Ranger of the same Skill effects.

When 8-Star Weapons, Armors, or Accessories with the same SKILL+ option are equipped at the same time, only the Gear with the highest stats will take effect.

It is possible to see at a glance your Rangers that can be used for SKILL+.

From the Gear details screen, tap "▶SKILL+ Rangers" and you can see a list of Rangers that can be used for SKILL+ out of the Rangers you own.

You can choose the Rangers you want to equip Gear with from the list.

If the Ranger you select already has Gear equipped, a Gear comparison screen will be displayed where you can freely change the equipped Gear.

SKILL+ and High-Level Option categories have been added to the filter feature.

There are 2 enhancement categories within the SKILL+ enhancement category; "Stats" and "Time."

You can tell the categories apart using the stats displayed behind SKILL+ names.

　　- If they are only percentages or numbers, they are "Stats," and if there are seconds, they are "Time."

　　- "Time" category effects only apply to Skills with ongoing effects.

2. SKILL+ enhancement

Enhance and Unlimit 8-Star Gear items to their MAX levels, and you'll be able to enhance SKILL+ stats by using Special Material item Firebird Feathers and Coins!

Firebird Feathers can be obtained as Event Stage rewards, from events, at the Swap Shop, etc.
