2. Tap Help.
3. Tap Winner Contact Information Submission.
Only winners can submit their contact information. Please submit it by the given deadline.
Shipping of prizes is only available to the countries that the event was held in. Overseas shipping may not be possible.

Can I change my contact information for receiving prizes?
You can submit your contact information again to change it, as long as it is within the given period for submission of contact information. If you change your contact information after that period, we may not be able to deliver the prize.

Why did my event prize not arrive?
Your prize cannot be delivered if you do not submit your contact information within the submission period after the event.
If your shipping address is not in any of the countries that the event was held in, the prize cannot be delivered as we do not ship overseas.

Received event prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
