What is LINE GIFTSHOP? toggle
LINE GIFTSHOP is a brand-new gifting service embedded in LINE Messenger which allows users to purchase mobile coupons, delivery products, and send gifts to friends in LINE itself.
How do I cancel a coupon? toggle
LINE Giftshop coupon cancellation request can be made if the status is still available for use. If you wish to do so, kindly go to Info > My Orders> Order Inquiries to submit a request.

*LINE Points exchange orders are not applicable to the refund policy of LINE GIFTSHOP. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refund. Please review our points exchange policy thoroughly prior to making your purchase.
Can I cancel a gift I sent? toggle

Refund request of Gift purchases on GIFTSHOP may be made by the purchaser when the coupon status is still available for use.

Can I cancel a gift I received? toggle

The mobile Coupon will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

The Delivery items will be automatically cancelled if you fail to enter the shipping address within 10 days of purchase.

What happens to the Gift Shop coupons if I delete my LINE account? toggle
If you delete your LINE account, all data, including your purchase history will be deleted. Deleting your LINE account also deletes your LINE Pay account, so you will not be able to get a refund for the unused coupons. In this case, you can receive the refund after we have confirmed your identity. Your data will not be recovered even if you re-register a new LINE account.

How do I make payments on LINE GIFTSHOP? toggle
LINE PAY is the only available payment method on LINE GIFTSHOP.
You may select "credit card" or "LINE Points" as your payment method when making a purchase.

* LINE Points cannot be used if you're using LINE Pay visitor mode to check out.

Receipts

Can you issue paper receipts? toggle
We do not issue paper receipts in order to support the government led initiative to promote electronic receipts and reduce the environmental impact.
If you require a paper receipt, please contact us via Order Inquiries.

You will receive your refund on the credit/debit card or points account that was used to make the purchase.
