LINE GIFTSHOP is a brand-new gifting service embedded in LINE Messenger which allows users to purchase mobile coupons, delivery products, and send gifts to friends in LINE itself.

You can send gifts to all LINE users.

Check the coupon number on the merchant page to receive an item. The relevant merchant name will be indicated on the coupon.

You will still have your coupons by logging in to the same account. You can confirm this by going to Gift Shop > Info under My Orders/Gift Received.

You can select whether to have an electronic receipt issued or donated, from the payment page.

The receipt will be disposed of immediately after the order is cancelled.

No, you cannot extend the Redeemable period. Please check the coupon Redeemable period and use it within that time.

Calculating from the purchase date, the day after the Redeemable period ends, a refund will automatically be issued for the unused coupon.

LINE Giftshop coupon cancellation request can be made if the status is still available for use. If you wish to do so, kindly go to Info > My Orders> Order Inquiries to submit a request.

Refund request of Gift purchases on GIFTSHOP may be made by the purchaser when the coupon status is still available for use.

The mobile Coupon will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

The Delivery items will be automatically cancelled if you fail to enter the shipping address within 10 days of purchase.

If you delete your LINE account, all data, including your purchase history will be deleted. Deleting your LINE account also deletes your LINE Pay account, so you will not be able to get a refund for the unused coupons. In this case, you can receive the refund after we have confirmed your identity. Your data will not be recovered even if you re-register a new LINE account.
