Most room objects are not interactable with a user tap. Characters automatically interact with room objects.

The character can only be controlled when tapping the refrigerator.

1. Tap the refrigerator on the screen.

2. The character walks to the refrigerator.

3. You can use and purchase donuts and crepes in the refrigerator.

When your energy is 0, you cannot talk to characters. The characters can go to the refrigerator and increase their energy with items such as donuts and crepes in the refrigerator.

There are free and paid items. Additional free items become available after a certain time.

1. Tap the top-right icon on the Home screen

2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right

3. Settings > Notifications > In-app notifications > Topic notifications OFF

You can go to the Gem Store by tapping the Gem Inventory area in the upper right corner of the Character Purchase, Wishbox Purchase, and Food Purchase screen. Gems can be purchased in the Gem Store.

You will be directed to the Gem Store even if you do not have enough gems to purchase the item.

When purchasing gems in the Gem Store, the payment screen of the store according to your current OS will be displayed. You can make a payment according to the payment method provided by each store.

Gems are a currency to purchase items within Super Mates. Purchased gems are paid out immediately upon payment and have no expiration date.

Gems can be used to purchase characters, use wish boxes, and purchase food.

To check your gems, go to Settings > My Gems. You can also check your gems whenever you can use gems.

Purchased gems are stored per MY ID and can be used per character.

Payment is unavailable for guest accounts. In this case, payment cannot be made even if you have a MY ID.

Please link your character to your social account in case payment is required.

For minors, parents have likely restricted payments through iPhone settings. Check whether you have restricted payments through your phone settings or by contacting the store.

If payment is unavailable in cases other than above, please screenshot or film a video of the payment error and then send it here.

If you have not received your gems even after completing the payment process provided by each store, please restart the app.

If the problem persists even after restarting the app, please check the following.

Please check the order number on your purchase receipt. Please send the order number and MY ID here.

Due to Apple policy, the developer cannot check your purchase history or issue a refund. Please contact the Apple Customer Service Center directly.

Gems can be refunded within 7 days if unused.

If the payment was made through the Google Play Store, a refund may be available for some items.

If a friend or family accidentally made a purchase using your account, you can request a refund on the Google Play website.

If the payment was made through the Apple App Store, Super Mates cannot process a refund. Please contact Apple Customer Service to process a refund.

1. Check if you have enough Gems to purchase the Wishbox.

2. Purchase may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, etc. Please try again later.

3. If purchase is unavailable for a specific Wishbox, it may be available only in certain countries or available for specific characters.

If you did not receive the reward for the Wishbox event, please check the following.

1) Check if you have satisfied the event conditions related to the Wishbox. You should be transferred to the event when you tap the event icon in the Wishbox.

2) Check if the "Receive Reward" button is activated when you have met all the event conditions.

3) If you did not receive the reward even after tapping "Receive Reward," please contact https://contact.supermates.io/.

A character cannot be changed once you have created it.

However, you can create additional characters by following the below steps.

1. Tap the top-right icon on the Home screen

2. Tap the Add button on the character thumbnail on the MY screen

3. Tap the Purchase Character button

4. Play with the changed character

A guest account is an account that allows you to quickly start the service without linking your social accounts. Most functions are available through a guest account except purchasing gems. Also, if you log out, you will lose access to your character. You will also lose access if you accidentally delete the app. To save and maintain your character information, please complete social linking.

When making inquiries as a guest account, MY ID information is required. Please safely manage your MY ID information.

It is a linking feature that allows you to access your character on other devices. Gem purchases are available only with accounts that have completed linking.

Please note that MY ID information is always required for inquiries, even for linked accounts.

You can withdraw your account through Settings > Manage Account > Account Withdrawal.

Please note that all Super Mates gems, purchased characters, items, and conversation history will be deleted after withdrawal and cannot be recovered. Also, the same account cannot be used for re-registration for 3 months after withdrawal.
