I'm locked out of my account.

To keep your account secure, your account is locked for 1 hour after 5 incorrect password attempts within a 10-minute window. If you're locked out, please make sure you try logging in again after 1 hour. If you try logging in before the hour, your account will lock again for another hour.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it at any time--even when your account is blocked. However, please make sure to reset your password on the same device/network that you were locked out of. If you reset your password using a different device/network, you may not be able to log back in with the new password.

How do I delete my account?

Sorry to see you go!

You can delete your account directly in the app. Ensuring that you are logged into the account you want to delete, go to Settings > Profile and then select 'Delete Account'.

Important information about deleting your account:

- Your comments will not be deleted. You can delete them by the titles/chapters you have commented on.

- Deleting your account is permanent and will remove all your account history including coins, passes and reading history.

- By deleting your account, you will lose access to all digital content including unlocked chapters. Once deleted, access to those chapters cannot be restored.

Using YONDER

How can I read offline?

When you open a chapter on YONDER, that chapter is automatically downloaded. There are 2 ways to read downloaded chapters in offline mode: 1. Title's main page > Select a chapter that you have read and still have access to. 2. Library > Downloads tab to find and manage your downloads. Chapters that were unlocked using a Free Pass have temporary access. When this access is expired, the download will automatically expire. Chapters that were unlocked using Coins do not expire. You can delete downloads of these chapters in the 'Downloads' tab. All chapters that have been deleted from downloads can be re-downloaded as long as you still have access to that chapter.

When I try to read a previously downloaded chapter in offline mode, I get a message that says, 'Renew your offline access.'

For paid chapters, license errors can happen due to low battery, or device/application malfunctions. For free chapters, offline access must be renewed every 3 days due to copyright reasons.
