When logging into an official account, you can choose either Log in with LINE account or Log in with business account. Each login method generates a different Business ID. For more information, refer to the Help center.
If the message "This LINE account is already in use" appears when you log in from Log in with business account and try to link your LINE account to your Business ID, it may be that:
• The LINE account is already linked with a different Business ID.
• The LINE account was previously used to log in to LINE Official Account Manager.

From the purchase screen on your smartphone browser:
1. Access the Web store and tap the account you want to configure in the Your accounts list.
Note: You cannot complete these steps from the LINE Official Account app, so you need to use the link above.
2. Under Account settings, tap Chat plan.
3. Tap Cancel.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then tap Yes.
From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Chat plan under Activity and billing.
3. Click Cancel.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then click Yes.
Note:
- If you cancel your Chat plan subscription, you can continue using it until the end of the current month, after which the subscription will end.
- If you cancel your Chat plan subscription, tags and notes that have already been created will not be deleted, even if they exceed the limit.

Registering/changing your payment method
Available payment methods
Once you've registered a payment method, you can go ahead with purchasing a paid plan, Chat plan subscription, or Premium ID using one of the methods below.
To purchase a paid plan from the purchase screen on your smartphone browser:
1. Access the Web store and tap the account you want to configure in the Your accounts list.
Note: You cannot complete these steps from the LINE Official Account app, so you need to use the link above.
2. Under Account settings, tap Plan.
3. Tap Upgrade under the monthly plan you want to purchase.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then tap Purchase.
To purchase a paid plan from LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Monthly plan under Activity and billing.
3. Click Upgrade under the monthly plan you want to purchase.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then click Purchase.
To purchase a Chat plan subscription from the purchase screen on your smartphone browser:
1. Access the Web store and tap the account you want to configure in the Your accounts list.
Note: You cannot complete these steps from the LINE Official Account app, so you need to use the link above.
2. Under Account settings, tap Chat plan.
3. Tap Purchase.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then tap Purchase.
To purchase a Chat plan subscription from the LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Chat plan under Activity and billing.
3. Click Purchase.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, then click Purchase.
To purchase a Premium ID from the LINE Official Account app for iOS:
1. Tap the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Tap Billing > Premium ID.
3. Enter the ID of your choice under Purchase a Premium ID.
4. Confirm the Premium ID you entered and the annual fee, then tap Purchase Premium ID.
Note:
- The payment methods available for making purchases on the LINE Official Account app for iOS correspond to the payment methods designated by the platform.
- You can only purchase one Premium ID per Apple ID. If you want to purchase multiple IDs, please do so from LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers.
- The Premium ID you set (the "@" mark + a string of specific characters) cannot be changed while it's in use.
To purchase a Premium ID from the purchase screen on your smartphone browser:
1. Access the Web store and tap the account you want to configure in the Your accounts list.
Note: You cannot complete these steps from the LINE Official Account app for Android, so you need to use the link above.
2. Under Account settings, tap Premium ID.
3. Enter the ID of your choice.
4. Confirm the Premium ID you entered and the annual fee, then tap Purchase Premium ID.
To purchase a Premium ID from LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Premium ID under Activity and billing.
3. Enter the ID of your choice.
4. Confirm the Premium ID you entered and the annual fee, then click Purchase Premium ID.
