A verification code is the six-digit code you receive via a LINE chat message from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official account when you send crypto assets. We ask people to enter a verification code as part of our efforts to strengthen security and ensure safe crypto asset trading.

To protect your assets, the verification code is only sent to the smartphone you use the LINE BITMAX service with. When you send crypto assets, please check the LINE chat message sent to your smartphone for the verification code.

Note:

- A notification with the verification code is not sent to LINE for PC or iPad, or via text message.

- Feel free to leave the screen you're on while sending crypto assets when you check the verification code, as it can be entered from the link in the LINE message you received.

The verification code you are issued will expire and become invalid after a certain period of time has passed. If you can no longer use your verification code, send your crypto assets again and use the new code you receive.

While the crypto assets sent from your LINE BITMAX wallet may appear in the external wallet after several minutes, blockchain network conditions may cause the transaction to take several hours.

Also, due to upgrading our risk management system, including compliance with the travel rule, the details of a transaction entered by the user need to be confirmed by us and the receiving wallet service provider.

For this reason, it may take longer than usual for the transaction to be reflected. We ask that you wait a bit longer until the details of the transaction have been confirmed.

When the transfer amount can be confirmed in your wallet, the LINE BITMAX official account will send you a chat message on LINE.

If the crypto asset still hasn't appeared 24 hours after your Transaction ID status changed to "Success," please contact the receiving wallet service provider.
Note: If you sent Ripple (XRP) or Stellar Lumens (XLM) without entering a tag or memo, it may not show up in the wallet it was sent to. In this case, contact the receiving wallet service provider.

On LINE BITMAX, some addresses are prohibited from being used for sending or receiving crypto assets if they are determined to pose a certain amount of risk (based on blockchain analysis results and other sources).

If your sent crypto assets aren't appearing, you can't send crypto assets, or you can't check your history of sent crypto assets, the cases above may apply to your situation. If so, please contact us by sending us an email at any time via this Inquiry Form.

In an effort to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism, you cannot send more than JPY 500,000 worth of crypto assets within 30 days from the date of your first deposit.

The limit for sending crypto assets will be lifted on the 31st day at 9 am, after 30 days have passed since the first deposit date. Please wait until the restriction is lifted.

The feature to send KAIA (KAIA) is only available for DOSI.

Note: For wallets other than DOSI, only the feature to receive KAIA is available. The feature to send KAIA to these wallets is currently being prepared.
