Important: LINE BITMAX phase-out and procedures (from March 3, 2026)
Since launching in 2019, LINE BITMAX has enjoyed the support of many users. However, due to changes to the crypto asset market environment and growing competition, overall considerations have been made as to optimizing group-wide management resources. As a result, a decision was reached to end the service in order to concentrate these resources on other areas of growth.
With the service ending, we have set up this dedicated page listing important information, such as the methods for having assets returned, the schedule for phasing out the service, and other relevant procedures. (Only available in Japanese.)

The LINE BITMAX service ended on June 1, 2026. We hope you enjoyed using the service.
Refund eligibility
• You are eligible for a refund if you have a Japanese yen balance of JPY 1 or more at the time the LINE BITMAX service ended, or crypto asset balances totaling JPY 1 or more after we sell all of your crypto assets and convert them to Japanese yen following the end of the service.
Refund method and schedule
• Any crypto asset balances remaining at the time the service ended will be converted to Japanese yen by us at a fair and reasonable market price. These funds, along with any existing Japanese yen balance, will be refunded in due order to your added bank account or PayPay Money balance by June 30, 2026.
• Even if you haven't added a bank account or PayPay account, as long as you add a bank account via the bank account registration screen by June 30, 2026, we will refund you in due order by early July 2026.
• If we cannot confirm an added bank account or PayPay account by June 30, 2026, or are otherwise unable to process your refund, it will be treated as a refusal to accept the refund. In this case, your funds will be deposited with a Legal Affairs Bureau in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• If funds are deposited with a Legal Affairs Bureau, you will need to claim them directly from the Bureau, rather than receiving a refund directly from us. Please note that in this case, it may take several months to receive your funds.
Important notes about refunds
• We will cover the refund fee.
• Refunds cannot be processed for balances under JPY 1.
• Refunds can only be issued to bank accounts whose account holder name matches your registered name (in katakana).
• If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us via the following Inquiry Form.

Note: When you check a trade report, it is sent in PDF format to the email address registered to your LINE account.
If you don't receive the reports at your registered email address, it may be because:
• Your email address was not entered correctly.
• You registered an invalid email address to LINE. For example, you used more than one dot in a row (e.g. line..bitmax@linebitmax.com) or used a dot just before the @ sign (e.g. line.bitmax.@linebitmax.com).
• The email was sent to your spam, junk, or another folder instead of your inbox.
• You have spam filters in place.
Note: In this case, please try again after temporarily disabling them.
• You have settings in place to only receive emails from certain domains.
Note: If you have domain filters in place on your email client, make sure that you allow emails from the domain "@bitmax.me".
• You have email forwarding configured.
For information on how to change the email address registered to your LINE account, see this Help article.

CSV is a widely compatible format that's easy to view and edit in spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel. Because details such as the transaction date, crypto asset, quantity, and amount are listed row by row, you can easily review all your transaction details at once.
Trade history data is issued for both annual and quarterly trade reports.
Note: The items and their order in CSV files may not perfectly match the reported information or calculation criteria used in official annual and quarterly trade reports. Please adjust or reformat the data using spreadsheet software as needed.
