We perform regularly scheduled maintenance every Wednesday between 3 and 5 am (JST).
Note:
- Maintenance times have been updated as of June 14, 2021.
- All features on LINE BITMAX are unavailable during maintenance hours.
- There may also be cases of irregular maintenance apart from the regular schedule.
The values of crypto assets fluctuate daily. If you are trading crypto assets for the purpose of speculation, please understand that there is a risk of losing money due to value fluctuations.

The LINE BITMAX service can only be used on the smartphone linked with your LINE account, so no one else can log in to your LINE BITMAX account from a different device or LINE for PC.
Because the service is only available on the smartphone you're currently using, LINE BITMAX has not adopted two-factor authentication.
Note: For information about preventing unauthorized logins to your LINE account, see this Help article.
However, LINE Pay passcode verification is required when you make deposits/withdrawals of Japanese yen or send crypto assets.
You can also configure LINE BITMAX to prompt you for passcode verification when you buy/sell crypto assets or start the service. To do so, follow the steps below.
1. From the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap More > Manage account > Use passcode verification.
2. Enter your LINE Pay passcode.
3. Select when to use passcode verification.
