I verified my identity, but I can't recharge KAIA (KAIA) to DOSI

To return (receive) KAIA from the DOSI app:

1. Apply to send KAIA from the DOSI app.

Note: For inquiries related to applying to send crypto assets with the DOSI app, contact us via the DOSI Inquiry Form.

2. Check if you've received a message from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account saying "Your action is required on an incomplete transaction (receiving crypto assets)," then tap Declaration form in the message.
3. Select whether the wallet the sender used to return the KAIA is a VASP or a wallet the sender manages.
4. Select whether the sender is you or someone else.
5. Select your reason for receiving crypto assets.
6. Finally, check the transactions subject to restriction under Declaration of unrestricted transaction.
Note: If no restrictions apply to your transaction, check "This transaction (i.e. receiving of crypto assets) is not subject to restriction under FEFTA or by OFAC."
7. Check that all of your information is correct, then tap Confirm and register.
8. Confirm from your received crypto asset history that the amount of KAIA shows up in your LINE BITMAX account's assets.

Important: If you previously verified your identity by linking a bank account and verifying your ID, you will not be able to recharge (send) KAIA (KAIA) to DOSI until you complete identity verification using Simple identity verification.

To recharge (send) KAIA to DOSI, follow the steps below.

1. Apply to recharge KAIA from the DOSI app.
Note: See the DOSI app FNSA wallet user guide (only available in Japanese) for details. For inquiries related to recharge applications, contact us via the DOSI Inquiry Form.
2. Check if you've received a message from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account saying "Proceed with sending crypto assets," then tap Go to LINE BITMAX in the message.
3. Check that the amount and address from when you applied to recharge KAIA were automatically entered, then tap Next (All information is current and correct).
Note: If the amount is different from when you applied, please edit it manually.
4. Proceed to the Transaction information screen, confirm that the information you entered is correct, then tap Next.
5. Proceed to the Confirm application details screen and check the transactions subject to restriction under Declaration of unrestricted transaction.
Note: If no restrictions apply to your transaction, check "This transaction (i.e. sending of crypto assets) is not subject to restriction under FEFTA or by OFAC."
6. Check that all of your application information is correct, then tap Confirm and apply to send.
7. Enter your verification code, then tap OK.
