If you send or receive the equivalent of over JPY 30,000,000 in crypto assets in a single transaction with a country outside of Japan or a non-resident of Japan, you may need to submit a report pursuant to the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA). In this case, you must submit the form titled "支払又は支払の受領に関する報告書 (様式1)" (Report Related to a Payment or Receipt of Payment (Form No. 1)) to the Bank of Japan.
