The LINE BITMAX service is only available to users who are at least 20 years of age and under 75. Therefore, you cannot use the service if you're under 20 years of age or 75 and older.

Also, some features will be restricted for users who turn 75 while using the service. In this case, please delete your account after selling/sending your held crypto assets and withdrawing your Japanese yen.

The price alert feature notifies you of crypto asset prices via the BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account. You can set the following four types of price alerts.

• Change 1 min ago

Alerts are sent if price changes meet or exceed a set fluctuation rate when comparing the current price to the price one minute ago. If multiple fluctuation rates are set and the highest one is reached, you'll be sent one alert in total.

• Change 24 hrs ago alerts

Alerts are sent if price changes meet or exceed a set fluctuation rate when comparing the current price to the price 24 hours ago. If multiple fluctuation rates are set and the highest one is reached, you'll be sent one alert in total.

• Add a price alerts

You can enter specific prices that you want to receive alerts for, or set variability rates from the current price. The Current price that appears on the setting screen is the price at the time the screen was opened. Even if the rate fluctuates, the displayed price will not change. The date and time the screen was opened appears below the price. The price alert you set will automatically be deleted when you receive an alert for it.

• Daily 8 am price alerts

You'll receive an alert for the prices of all crypto assets handled on LINE BITMAX every morning at 8 am.

Keep the following points in mind:

- You can set up to three price alerts for Change 1 min ago alerts and Change 24 hrs ago alerts. For each crypto asset, you can set up to five Add a price alerts.

- The price you are alerted of is between the buy and sell price.

A price alert is sent each time the price is calculated (about once a minute). It may take some time for you to be alerted when a set price has been reached.

Also, you may not receive alerts in the following situations.

• You will not be alerted at times when rate notifications are not being sent (such as during system maintenance).

• Depending on the condition of the LINE BITMAX Notifications (BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account, alerts may be late or fail to arrive.

• You will not be alerted between 11 pm and 7 am the following day when you turn on Sleep mode for Change 1 min ago alerts and Change 24 hrs ago alerts.

• Even if a fluctuation rate is exceeded for Change 1 min ago alerts, alerts for the same level as the set fluctuation rate won't be sent for one hour.

• Even if a fluctuation rate is exceeded for Change 24 hrs ago alerts, alerts for the same level as the set fluctuation rate won't be sent for six hours.

Note: However, you'll be alerted if a reverse price change happens within six hours of receiving an alert.

• If multiple fluctuation rates are set and the highest one is reached, you'll be sent one alert in total.

Refer to the following steps to delete price fluctuation alerts and price alerts.

To delete price fluctuation alerts:

1. On the Home screen, tap the crypto asset you set a price alert for.

2. Tap the bell icon at the top right of the transaction screen.

3. On the Price fluctuation alerts menu tab, tap Change 1 min ago or Change 24 hrs ago.

4. Select the fluctuation rate you want to delete, then tap Delete.

5. Tap Delete on the pop-up that appears.

To delete price alerts:

1. On the Home screen, tap the crypto asset you set a price alert for.

2. Tap the bell icon at the top right of the transaction screen.

3. Tap the Price alerts tab.

4. Select the price alert you want to delete, and tap Delete.

5. Tap Delete on the pop-up that appears.

Note:

- Set price alerts will automatically be deleted when you receive an alert for it.

- To delete Daily 8 am price alerts, tap the toggle button to the right of the screen > Disable on the explanation pop-up.

The Average acquired price (JPY) shows the average purchase price of your crypto assets at the time you purchased or received them.

When you lend crypto assets or have them returned through the Crypto Asset Lending Service, the Average acquired price is calculated as the return price, and not the price you purchased or received the crypto assets at.

The Average acquired price is provided for your reference.

Note: We are unable to reply to individual inquiries about profit/loss.

The LINE BITMAX service sends various notifications from the two official accounts below.

• LINE BITMAX official account: Sends promotion updates and useful information.
• LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official account: Sends trade notifications and crypto asset price alerts.
Note: Price alerts are sent based on your settings (e.g. daily crypto asset prices at 8 am, your specified fluctuation rates or price to be alerted).

If you want to mute or block these chat messages, see the section below based on your situation.

Muting/blocking notifications from the LINE BITMAX official account

You can mute or block notifications from the LINE BITMAX official account with the following steps.

1. Tap the menu icon at the top right of the LINE BITMAX official account chat screen.
2. At the top of the screen, tap Mute or Block.

Muting/blocking notifications from the LINE BITMAX Notifications official account

This account notifies you about important information related to your assets (e.g. deposits and withdrawals of Japanese yen, sending and receiving crypto assets), so it cannot be blocked.
Note: Accounts that are used to send important information cannot be blocked on LINE.

If you feel that you're receiving too many notifications from this account, please mute it instead.

To mute the LINE BITMAX Notifications official account:
1. Tap the menu icon at the top right of the LINE BITMAX Notifications official account chat screen.
2. Tap Mute at the top left.

You can stop price alerts by deleting your price alert settings. For the steps to delete price alert settings, see this Help article.
