If you want to withdraw your crypto assets as Japanese yen, you first need to convert them to Japanese yen by selling them. Once you've sold them, see the details on the current Help article. For details such as the steps to sell your crypto assets, see the following LINE BITMAX official blog post. (Only available in Japanese.)
You can withdraw Japanese yen on LINE BITMAX to LINE Pay, PayPay, or a bank account.
Note: You cannot withdraw your Japanese yen balance to a bank account if it's JPY 400 or less.
The following processing fees for withdrawals apply.
• To LINE Pay/PayPay: JPY 110
• To a bank account: JPY 400

Your Total assets and My assets on LINE BITMAX include the crypto assets you own converted into Japanese yen. The amount of Japanese yen you own will appear next to Japanese yen (JPY) balance under My assets on the LINE BITMAX 口座 (Accounts) screen. If you cannot withdraw the amount that is displayed on Japanese yen (JPY) balance, see the details covered in this Help article.

If you can't withdrawal Japanese yen on LINE BITMAX, check the following based on the method you used to make a withdrawal.
I can't make withdrawals to LINE Pay
This may be because:
• It's during a maintenance period.
You cannot make a withdrawal while the service is undergoing maintenance. Please try again outside of maintenance times.
LINE BITMAX maintenance schedule
Every Wednesday from 3 am – 5 am
In addition to regularly scheduled maintenance, urgent maintenance may also be performed. To find out about urgent maintenance for LINE BITMAX, see the following page (only available in Japanese).
• Your balance of Japanese yen is less than the total withdrawal fee (JPY 110) and the withdrawal amount.
You can only withdraw amounts from within your balance excluding the withdrawal fee.
Note: You can enter the entire amount of your balance (minus the withdrawal fee) by tapping Max to the right of the amount input field.
• You've exceeded your withdrawal limit.
Please refer to the following Help article for more details.
• You don't have a stable network connection/your LINE app hasn't been updated to the latest version.
Update the LINE app and try making your withdrawal again in an area with a strong network connection.
I can't make withdrawals to PayPay
This may be because:
• It is during a maintenance period.
You cannot make a withdrawal while the service is undergoing maintenance. Please try again outside of maintenance times.

If none of the above applies to your situation, it's possible that it's related to the maximum balance limit or spending limit that is set on PayPay.
Please check the maximum balance limit or spending limit that is set on your PayPay account.
I can't make withdrawals to a bank account
This may be because:
• It is during a maintenance period.
You cannot make a withdrawal while the service is undergoing maintenance. Please try again after the maintenance period has ended.

• Your LINE Pay account information and your bank account holder's name don't match.
Be sure to have a bank account with an account holder's name that matches the name you registered on LINE Pay.
• You've exceeded your withdrawal limit.

3. Enter your LINE Pay passcode.
To make a withdrawal of Japanese yen to a bank account, follow the steps below.
Note:
- You need to link a bank account to your LINE Pay account in advance.
- There is a fixed transaction fee for making withdrawals.
- You will not be able to make withdrawals if your Japanese yen balance does not exceed the fee.
1. On the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Transfers > Withdrawal under メイン口座：日本円 (Spot account: JPY) > Withdraw to bank account.
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap OK.
Note: You can enter the entire amount (minus fee) by tapping Max to the right of the amount input field.
3. Tap the receiving bank account.
4. Enter your LINE Pay passcode.
After you make a withdrawal on LINE BITMAX, it may take a certain amount of time for the funds to appear in your bank account. If your bank is closed or its system is undergoing maintenance, please wait until the following business day.
Note: Contact your bank directly for details about its business hours.
