Important: If you previously verified your identity by linking a bank account and verifying your ID, you will not be able to recharge (send) KAIA to DOSI until you complete identity verification using Easy verification with your smartphone.
To recharge (send) KAIA to DOSI, follow the steps below.
1. Apply to recharge KAIA from the DOSI app.

DOSI Help page.
2. Check if you've received a message from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account saying "Proceed with sending crypto assets," then tap
Go to LINE BITMAX in the message.
3. Check that the amount and address from when you applied to recharge KAIA were automatically entered, then tap
Next (All information is current and correct).
Note: If the amount is different from when you applied, please edit it manually.
4. Proceed to the Transaction information screen, confirm that the information you entered is correct, then tap
Next.
5. Proceed to the Confirm application details screen and check the transactions subject to restriction under Declaration of unrestricted transaction.
Note: If no restrictions apply to your transaction, check "This transaction (i.e. sending of crypto assets) is not subject to restriction under FEFTA or by OFAC."
6. Check that all of your application information is correct, then tap
Confirm and apply to send.
7. Enter your verification code, then tap
OK.
