Changes to Service

LINE MUSIC will be integrated with LINE TV app starting October 1, 2016 and ticket purchases will be available until August 31, 2016.

Tickets that have been purchased before August 31, 2016 will be redeemable until October 1, 2016.

We advise all subscription plan users to cancel their auto-renewal subscriptions in advance.

For any remaining active subscriptions, LINE MUSIC will automatically disable all subscriptions on the August 31, 2016.

Users with any paid tickets that have not been used or have only been used partially are eligible for a refund.

Free subscription and free data using LINE MUSIC, with dtac Music Infinite campaign. Exclusively for dtac TriNet users only.

The free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite can be used from May 26th until Sep 30th 2016, available only for the first 300,000 dtac TriNet users. To get this ticket, dtac TriNet users must select LINE MUSIC through dtac Music Infinite application from May 26th until Aug 31st, 2016.

How To

1) Download and open dtac Music Infinite app http://www.dtac.co.th/musicinfinite/

2) Select LINE Music > ‘Special Offer’

3) Verify your phone number or re-verify if required (you need to be a dtac TriNet user first!) http://www.dtac.co.th/

4) Press “Receive Ticket” button

5) Start enjoying unlimited data AND free premium access on LINE Music until 30th September 2016

Terms and Conditions

1. Users who wish to receive the free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite, have to be a dtac TriNet user and apply LINE MUSIC through the dtac Music Infinite application only;

2. dtac TriNet's users who paid the auto-renewal ticket with LINE MUSIC for either 7 days or 30 days, cannot receive the free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite. dtac TriNet's users have to cancel the auto-renewal ticket with LINE MUSIC first in order to apply the LINE MUSIC promotion through dtac Music Infinite application; User shall then receive the free ticket from the Music Infinite promotion;

3. dtac TriNet's users, who applied LINE MUSIC through dtac Music Infinite application, will get the free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite. However, if such user still have the unlimited access of either 7 days or 30 days with LINE MUSIC, LINE MUSIC will commence the free LINE MUSIC ticket period from Music Infinite after cessation of the unlimited 7 days or 30 days with LINE MUSIC;

4. We reserve the right for one number per one LINE ID per one free ticket;

5. LINE MUSIC reserves the right for any modifications regarding the free ticket without any obligation to inform users;

6. This free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite can be used from 26th of May until 30th of Sep 2016;

7. The free LINE MUSIC ticket from Music Infinite is limited to a quota of 300,000 users only;

8. Any decision or consideration relating to the rights to receive the free ticket shall be under the LINE MUSIC and dtac's discretion only. The decision shall be considered as final.

The offline play feature was renewed with the latest release of LINE Music version 2.2.0. In addition to individual tracks, you can now save albums and playlists as well.

Saved tracks can be played without being connected to a network (offline).

You can save up to 500 tracks, 100 albums, and 100 playlist on your device. We recommend that you use a Wi-Fi network to download and save the tracks. Depending on your device's storage capacity and the amount of free space it has, you may not be able to save up to 500 tracks.

To view a list of your saved tracks, tap MY > from Offline Music, tap More.

You can sort by each artist and album and quickly search for the song you want to listen to.

Albums and Playlists Tab

If you made any changes to an album or playlist after saving it for offline play, you can easily update them by tapping the Sync button.

If you made any changes to previously saved albums or playlists, you can update them by tapping the Sync button to be saved for offline play.

To update an album or playlist, tap the Sync button that appears in the details page of the saved album or playlist.

Current subscribers are advised to cancel their subscriptions as soon as possible, before the end of their current subscription cycle.

Your current subscription will still complete it's full subscription period and you can still enjoy using LINE MUSIC. You may continue to use LINE MUSIC via single ticket purchases instead (after your current subscription is cancelled and has ended).

There are two ways to share tracks on LINE, from the player and from song lists.

1. Sharing from the Player

Tap Menu at the bottom right of the player, then Share to share your current track on LINE.

2. Sharing from a List

Tap Select below the album art of the list the track is on, then select the track(s) you wish to share.

You can share up to five tracks at a time to chats, and one track at a time to your Timeline.

If only one track is shared, then it can be played back in a chat. Tap the triangle at the right of the share box to play the track.

Share My Playlist from Be a DJ:

If you set a public playlist back to private, it will not appear in Be a DJ. The number of favorites you received will reset to 0.
