LINE Rangers Help Center

In order to transfer in-game Token Rangers to DOSI, or transfer Token Rangers you got on DOSI in-game, you have to do so via the Settings screen (Gear icon on the home screen) > Notice > Transfer Token.

Note: Only users who meet all of the below conditions for each app are able to perform transactions and the transfer of Token Rangers between the game and DOSI.

- LINE Rangers

Must be using a non-iOS device (a restriction based on Apple's App Store guidelines)

Must be living in Japan

- Opening DOSI account restrictions

LINE account owner

Must agree to DOSI Market Terms of Service

Note: Please check the other conditions for opening an account that are listed in the "DOSI Market Terms of Service."

Process for transferring rights to DOSI

You need to open a DOSI account in order to transfer tokens. (You have to use the same LINE account as your game LINE Login when doing so.)

If you go to the token transfer screen without having opened a DOSI account, you'll be taken to a page for opening a DOSI account.

Please consider opening a DOSI account.

After you've opened a DOSI account, tap the Transfer Token button in-game (Gear icon on the home screen > Notice > Transfer Token), and a pop-up requesting Token Ranger authorization using your DOSI login details will appear.

You need to allow LINE Rangers access to your Wallet in order to transfer Rangers from in-game to your DOSI, register Token Rangers in-game you got on DOSI, as well as manage your Token Rangers.

Players who wish to transfer Tokens should follow the below process to allow administrative access.

Tap the OK button in the authentication pop-up above and the DOSI login screen will appear. Follow the steps and complete the authentication process.

Once you've completed the authentication process, you will be able to move to the in-game token transfer screen.

Transferring With DOSI

This screen is used when transferring in-game Token Rangers to DOSI.

The Token Rangers you have in the game are displayed.

When you select a Ranger you want to transfer to DOSI, the screen will show the current status of your Ranger (Ranger levels, equipment, Potential Level, etc.)

Only if the selected Ranger meets the conditions of (1. They have nothing equipped, 2. They're not in any teams, 3. They're not using the Training Center) can you transfer them to DOSI.

Note: Only Token Rangers that you have had for at least 24 hours can be transferred to DOSI.

Rangers will be sent to DOSI, along with their grades, levels, Leonard Points, Potentials, etc. when you tap the Transfer to DOSI button.

Please check the statuses of your Token Rangers before tapping the transfer button.

It may take from several seconds to several minutes to transfer Rangers to your DOSI.

You can also use your DOSI account to view Token Rangers that you have transferred to it.

Checking Token Rangers on DOSI

You can view your Token Rangers and put them up for sale via the Owned category under Items on My Page, after opening DOSI with the LINE Account you used for the Token Ranger transfer.

Transferring to the Game

This screen is used when transferring Token Rangers from DOSI to the game.

This screen will show the Token Rangers you have on DOSI.

The Token Rangers you purchase with DOSI are automatically reflected on this screen.

Be sure to log in to LINE Rangers with the same LINE account used for your DOSI on which you have the Token Rangers.

Select a Ranger you want to transfer to the game on the above screen and a confirmation pop-up will appear.

Tap the OK button on the above pop-up and the Ranger will be transferred to your game.

It may take from several seconds to several minutes for the transfer to complete.

Token Rangers that have been transferred to the game cannot be used on DOSI.

If you want to use them on DOSI, please transfer them back to DOSI.

Token Box Events are events that occur at regular intervals where players can randomly get fantastic rewards.

They're similar to Sally's Gifts events, although in this event, players can also randomly get a limited number of Token Rangers.

During the event, you can tap the button on the left hand side of the home screen to go to the Token Box Event screen.

1. Token Rangers

Token Rangers are characters (Rangers) that can be used in the LINE Rangers game app. Unlike normal Rangers, they have special designs and only a limited number of them can be obtained in the game.

Although you can't use Token Rangers as level up materials, sell them off in-game, or exchange them for Crystals, you can use them as NFT assets via DOSI.

Note: iOS users and players who do not live in Japan can't perform transactions or transfer Token Rangers between the game and DOSI. Please see below for details.

- Guidelines for Using Token Rangers

If it's still possible to get Token Rangers in the Token Box Event, a counter will appear, showing how many are left (23/500 for example). If no Token Rangers remain, the counter will read "Out of Stock."

Players can get 1 Token Ranger per event, and when they do get one, the screen will read "Received." Players will then only receive other rewards at random for the rest of the event.

2. When You Can Claim Rewards

In each event, players can claim rewards after a designated amount of time has passed.

For example, if the designated time is 12 hours, then new rewards will become claimable every 12 hours after you claim rewards in a cycle that repeats until the event ends.

However, unlike Sally's Gifts events, if the wait until the end of the event is long, the below message will appear, and you won't be able to claim any rewards.

3. Cumulative Missions Rewards

Open enough event Token Boxes that become claimable after a set amount of time, and you'll get even more Token Boxes to open.

You can tap the Missions button on the Token Box Event screen to see how many boxes you've opened and what rewards you can claim on the Cumulative Missions screen.

Acquirable Token Box Cumulative Missions rewards are the same as the random rewards you can get from Token Boxes that become claimable after a set period of time elapses.

Open even more Token Boxes during the event, and get extra Cumulative Missions rewards!

- Cumulative Missions rewards and the number of missions cleared reset when the event ends. Make sure you claim all your rewards before the event ends!

4. Level Requirements for the Event

The event button for Token Box Events, unlike other events, will show a different level requirement to the actual level requirements for the event.

Even if the event button appears, if you don't meet the level requirements, you won't be able to receive Token Box rewards.

Try to level up enough during what's left of the event to take part!

Level shown on event button: Level 3 or above

Level requirement for Token Box Event: Ultra Master Level 1 or above

If you don't meet the level requirements, the following pop-up will appear if you try to get Token Box rewards.

The use of Token Rangers on DOSI requires you to link the below apps with your LINE account.

- DOSI

- LINE Rangers

If you close the above apps or your LINE account after obtaining Token Rangers, your Token Rangers will be handled in the following manner.

■ If you had Token Rangers in the game

Token Rangers in the game are deleted at the same time the LINE account or LINE Rangers app accounts are closed, and they cannot be registered again or recovered.

If you close your DOSI account, there is no effect on Token Rangers owned in-game.

■ If you have transferred Token Rangers to DOSI

If you close your accounts with DOSI or the LINE app, you will lose ownership rights to any Token Rangers you had on DOSI, and you will become unable to use them.

Note: Even if you open a new account or re-register, you will not regain access to those Token Rangers.

If you delete the LINE Rangers app, there will be no effect on Token Rangers on DOSI, but it will be necessary to play the game with the same LINE account to transfer Token Rangers back to the game.

■ If you have Token Rangers up for sale on DOSI

You can't close your DOSI account while you have a Token Ranger up for sale.

If you close your LINE account, you will lose ownership rights to any Token Rangers you had up for sale, and they will become impossible to purchase.

Note: Even if you open a new account, you will not regain access to those Token Rangers.

If you delete the LINE Rangers app, there will be no effect on Token Rangers that are up for sale, but it will be necessary to play the game with the same LINE account to transfer Token Rangers back to the game.

Also, you cannot transfer Token Rangers between accounts except for secondary distribution via DOSI.

Even if you lose or cancel your account, you cannot carry Token Rangers over to other accounts, so please be very careful when handling them.
