To cancel Google Play payments:
1. Tap the Library tab at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > My ticket > My Ticket.
3. Tap Manage subscription at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select LINE MUSIC in Google Play, then tap Cancel subscription.
Note: If how to unsubcribe from the above step is unclear or you cannot unsubscribe, please contact Google Play customer support directly via
this link.
If Manage subscription doesn't appear at the bottom of your screen, it may be because:
• You used up the 20 hours of playback time for your Basic Plan.
Manage subscription will not appear until the next renewal, so you need to cancel your subscription directly from the Google Play website. For details about how to cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play, see
here.
• You purchased a subscription with a method other than Google Play.
For information on how to cancel your plan, check the steps for the payment method that you used in
this Help article.
Important:
- Unless you cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription plan yourself, you will continue to be charged.
- Be sure to cancel your current plan at least 24 hours before it is set to expire.
- Uninstalling or deleting the LINE MUSIC app will not cancel your subscription.
- Even after canceling your plan, you can still use the service until the expiration date.
