If you don't see the My Oshi tab, see the following troubleshooting tips.
• Check the version of the app.
The My Oshi tab is available on LINE MUSIC version 6.15.0 and later. Update the LINE MUSIC app to the latest version here.
• Check how the feature is configured.
1. Tap the Home tab > your profile photo at the top right.
Note: You can also access this from Library > Settings .
2. Under Content, check how My Oshi is configured.
If the setting is turned off, turn it on.
Note: If you're logged in on more than one device, also check the setting on the other devices.

The relevant artist has been made unavailable for use with My Oshi due to LINE MUSIC's internal criteria.
Tap Delete to remove the artist from your list.

Your activity data will be reset if you:
• Removed the artist from My Oshi.
• Hid the My Oshi tab.
• Recently turned on the My Oshi feature.
Your data will be calculated and displayed as activity data again after a certain amount of time.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your data to appear.

Your activity data (e.g. play data, badges) may not immediately appear right after selecting an artist for My Oshi due to the data being collected. It may take up to 24 hours before the data appears. Please wait until it's reflected.
After your play data finishes being collected and appears on the My Oshi tab, your badges will start being totaled.

If you've set multiple artists to My Oshi, you can switch between which one to display.
To switch between your My Oshi artists:
1. From the top of the Home tab, tap the My Oshi tab.
2. Tap the down arrow to the right of My Oshi.
3. Select the artist you want to display from the list.

The "Your top recent songs" section is shown based on your LINE MUSIC play history from the past 90 days.
If you've played less than three songs from the relevant artist, their overall top songs will be shown.

You may not see any songs in 10minutes Radar in situations such as when: • No songs have charted.
This means that no songs or albums from the artist you added to My Oshi have charted in the top 200 of the Songs, Albums, or New Songs charts within the last 10 minutes and nothing is ranked in any of the three chart tabs.
In this case, you'll see a message saying "There are no charted songs in the '10-Minute Radar'. Listen to popular songs and show your support." Tap Play popular songs at the bottom of the screen to play popular songs from the artist.
• There is a time lag for analyzing the data.
Songs may temporarily not appear after a new 10minute period has begun because the data hasn't yet finished being analyzed. Please try checking again after some time has passed or tap Next chart after update after 60 minutes have passed to move to the next cycle.
• You're having a network issue or a temporary error.
If your network connection is unstable or the app failed to communicate with the server, you may see an error message instead of the graph. Tap Retry to try again.
